What rights do religious personnel enjoy according to law?
Legal analysis: presiding over religious activities and holding religious ceremonies; Engaged in the collation of religious classics, religious doctrine and religious culture research; To engage in and receive religious education and training; Participate in the management of religious groups, religious colleges and places of religious activities, and hold corresponding positions according to procedures; Carry out charitable activities; Participate in social security and enjoy relevant rights; Other rights stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Religious Personnel shall enjoy the following rights according to law:

(1) Presiding over religious activities and holding religious ceremonies;

(two) engaged in the collation of religious classics, religious teachings and religious culture research;

(3) To engage in and receive religious education and training;

(four) to participate in the management of religious groups, religious colleges and places of religious activities, and to hold corresponding positions according to procedures;

(five) to carry out charitable activities;

(six) to participate in social security and enjoy relevant rights;

(seven) other rights stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
