Article 1: Training Services

Article 4: Training Effects and Requirements

Article 5: Training service fee

(1) Items, scope and standards of expenses

1. During the training period, the expenses contributed by Party A for Party B include: salary and welfare, tuition and miscellaneous fees, textbook fees, round-trip transportation fees and accommodation fees.

Article 6: Responsibilities and Obligations of Party A

1. Ensure that all training expenses within the agreed scope are paid to Party B in time;

2. Guarantee to provide Party B with necessary services and conditions;

3. During the training period, do a good job in training guidance, supervision, coordination and service;

4. Ensure that Party B is placed in a suitable post or position after completing the training task, and given corresponding salary.

Article 7: Responsibilities and Obligations of Party B

1, ensure the completion of training objectives and learning tasks, and obtain relevant learning documents;

2. Party B guarantees that it will obey the management during the training period and will not violate the policies, systems and regulations of Party A and the training unit;

3. Ensure to obey all arrangements of Party A during the training period;

4. Ensure to maintain its own safety and all the interests of Party A during the training period;

5. Guarantee to return to Party A to take part in the work after the expiration of the training period, obey the distribution of Party A, be competent for the post (or post) and have a service period of more than years.

Article 8: Liability for breach of contract

(1) In any of the following circumstances, Party B shall bear the economic responsibilities:

1. At the end of the training, if Party B fails to complete the training objectives and tasks and obtain the corresponding certification materials, Party B shall compensate Party A for all training expenses (including all training expenses funded by Party A);

2. Violation of the management and regulations of Party A and the training unit during the training period shall be implemented according to the reward and punishment regulations of Party A and the training unit;

3. During the training period, Party A's image and interests are damaged, resulting in certain economic losses, and Party B shall compensate Party A for all economic losses;

4. During the training period, if Party B proposes to suspend the training or terminate the labor contract, Party B shall compensate Party A for all the training expenses;

5. After the expiration of the training period, if Party B is not competent for the post or job properly arranged by Party A according to the training effect, it shall bear all the training expenses;

6. After the training expires (counted from the end of the training) and returns to work for Party A, if the working years agreed in this agreement are not reached, Party B will compensate part of the training expenses; if the minimum working years exceed years, Party B will be exempted from all the training expenses of that year. Except for irresistible special circumstances, during the service period, Party B resigns or leaves his post (Party B violates Party A's management regulations). 2. If Party A proposes to terminate the training agreement or terminate the labor contract with Party B due to Party A's reasons, it shall pay liquidated damages to Party B..

(2) In case of breach of contract, in addition to compensation for economic losses, the other party may propose to terminate the training agreement and terminate the labor contract.

Article 9: Legal effect

This agreement, as an annex to the labor contract signed by Party A and Party B, has legal effect after being signed by both parties and appraised by the local labor administrative department, and is stored in Party B's personnel file. ..

1. For matters not covered, both parties may agree separately;
