"I know less after learning." The systematic study of political and economic theory in the Party School has enabled me to master the sharp weapon of ideological analysis. Looking back on my work experience and analyzing the ideological roots, I feel that there are still some shortcomings and problems in my ideals and beliefs, work style and innovative consciousness.

First, I usually don't study deeply enough. I have always thought that I have firm ideals and beliefs, and I study hard at ordinary times, but only through this study can I know that I still have a big gap. Second, ideological emancipation is not enough. I like to do things by convention.
