In order to continuously improve the quality of education in our school, strive to build a team of teachers with good ideological and moral quality and professional quality, and make the professional development of teachers in our school reach a new level, this plan is specially formulated.

1. Guided by Scientific Outlook on Development, with the theme of "independence, diversity and effectiveness" and based on improving teachers' practical ability, the guiding ideology is to update the training concept, improve the training mechanism, innovate the training mode, enrich the training content, make the training more autonomous, selective and effective, and promote the development of teachers in our school to the high-quality specialization direction of "noble morality, skillful business, reasonable structure and full of vitality"

II. Training Objectives Establish a teacher training leading group and initially establish a teacher professional development training system based on kindergarten-based training. Actively carry out teacher professional development training focusing on teachers' development needs, including kindergarten-based training, centralized training and distance training. Strive to explore and improve the effectiveness of teacher training activities, and strive to build a team of high-quality teachers with noble ethics and "teaching characteristics" to provide strong spiritual motivation and intellectual support for improving the quality of education in our school.

Three. Training task 1. In-service teachers participated in professional development training for an average of 72 hours this school year, including 24 hours of kindergarten-based training. 2. Education theory training. Starting with the basic theory of education, through the guidance of experts and the self-study of educational theory, we actively absorb and learn from the latest theoretical achievements formed in the process of educational development at home and abroad, and train teachers in a targeted manner to improve the educational level.

3. Discipline practice training. Focusing on deepening quality education, based on curriculum standards, making full use of effective forms such as thematic teaching and research to help teachers better grasp ideas and control teaching materials, and transform them into advanced teaching behaviors.

4. Education, scientific research and training. Guide teachers to fully understand the dominant position of scientific research, lead and guide teachers to carry out action research, start with solving practical problems, help teachers establish scientific research topics based on educational and teaching practice, and carry out' training on basic methods of educational and scientific research'.

5. Mental health training. Promote mental health training and cultivate the characteristics of moral education. Speed up the construction of mental health education teachers, do a good job in the qualification identification and declaration of kindergarten mental health education teachers, effectively improve the professional level and self-regulating health care ability of mental health educators, so that teachers can use psychological principles to improve education and teaching methods, gain something in the process of mental health education, and make greater contributions to mental health education.

The training contents mainly include ideological and political and professional ethics education, modern education theory, education and teaching skills training, education and teaching practice research and so on. 2. Class teacher training. 3. Training of young teachers. We will continue to vigorously implement the "Blue Project", guide young teachers to scientifically formulate and conscientiously implement the five-year plan and annual plan for teachers' professional development and training, and actively create an academic environment conducive to the rapid growth of young teachers.

4. Training of key teachers. We will continue to explore the implementation of the "backbone teacher project", focusing on training municipal backbone teachers and famous teachers, and exploring the training and selection of school-level backbone teachers. Grasping the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and classified guidance will create good conditions for potential teachers to master the frontier education concept, broaden their professional knowledge and improve their academic research level.

5. Other group training. We should actively explore, give full play to the educational and training functions of various groups, and urge teachers to help each other, learn from each other, and internalize their growth within groups.

Six, the training form from strengthening pertinence, focusing on effectiveness, based on the development and utilization of kindergarten resources, give full play to the role of existing teachers, adhere to the combination of theoretical study and practical training, centralized research and decentralized self-study, through centralized learning, expert lectures, special training, reading exchanges, music group forums, teacher salons, self-reflection and other forms of training.

According to the five-year plan of kindergarten teachers' professional development training and teachers' personal reality, guide teachers to make a five-year plan of personal professional development training. Facing all teachers, we should pay attention to the cultivation of young teachers and the growth of backbone teachers, improve teachers' ability and level of implementing quality education and improve their overall quality.

3. Effectively carry out kindergarten-based training. Continue to strengthen research, make the problems and puzzles encountered in the management of teachers' education and teaching become hot topics for teachers to discuss, and adhere to the organic combination of kindergarten training and independent participation in training. To carry out kindergarten-based training that emphasizes autonomy and pays attention to practical results, teachers are required to hand in at least one well-designed teaching plan, attend a class, participate in a forum, comment on a class, write a blog and write a teaching paper.

4. Standardize the mentoring operation. Implement a series of training modes of "one-year introduction, three-year molding and five-year success" to create conditions for young teachers to become talents. Improve the overall mentoring system of post setting, formulate mentoring pairing plan, and realize mentoring growth goals.
