What is pmp training?
PMP (Project Management Professional) is a qualification examination initiated by project management institute (PMI). The goal of the examination is to strictly evaluate whether the project manager has high-quality project management knowledge and skills, and provide them with unified industry standards.

PMP training is a professional learning method, which takes project management as an independent discipline to deepen learning. Its main course content is project management knowledge system "PMBOK? Guide? " , including five process groups and ten knowledge fields of project management: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring, project closing, etc. Its purpose is to enable students to master the basic concepts, methods and tools of project management through theoretical study and apply these knowledge and skills flexibly in practice.
