What are the specifications for template installation?
Template support specification:

1, template engineering should prepare a special construction plan. The special construction scheme of formwork engineering for tools such as slipform, climbing formwork and flying formwork and supporting engineering for tall formwork shall be technically demonstrated.

2, templates and stents, should be specially designed. Formwork and support should have sufficient bearing capacity, rigidity and stability, and can reliably bear various loads generated in the construction process.

3. The specifications of steel pipes and fasteners used for formwork support erection shall meet the design requirements; The vertical distance, horizontal distance, support spacing and structural requirements of vertical poles should meet the requirements of special construction scheme.

Note: The formwork support structure used in cast-in-place concrete construction of buildings generally adopts steel or wood beam assembled formwork support, steel or wood poles are used to build scaffolding to form support, and steel formwork is used in concrete construction.

note:

Vertical and horizontal poles should be provided with sweeping poles, vertical sweeping poles should be no more than 200mm away from the bottom of vertical poles, and horizontal sweeping poles should be set below vertical sweeping poles; The base or pad should be set at the bottom of the column; The top end of the column at the bottom of the adjustable bracket should be provided with horizontal pull rods along the longitudinal and transverse directions.

The spacing between the sweeping bar and the top horizontal tie rod shall be evenly distributed after the interval is determined under the condition of meeting the requirements of the horizontal tie rod spacing determined by the template design, and a horizontal tie rod shall be set at intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. When the story height is 8 ~ 20m, a horizontal tie rod should be added between the two horizontal tie rods on the top steps.

When the story height is more than 20m, a horizontal tie rod should be added between the horizontal tie rods of the top two steps. The ends of all horizontal tie rods shall be firmly supported on the surrounding buildings. When there is nowhere to be propped, continuous bracing should be vertically arranged at the end and middle of the horizontal tie rod.
