The Institutional History of Shaoyang Personnel Bureau
1949 10 when the shaoyang district Ombudsman's office (hereinafter referred to as the special office) was established, there was a civil affairs department with a special person in charge of personnel work. In September, 195 1, the personnel business was separated from the civil affairs department and the exclusive personnel department of Shaoyang was established. Hu was re-elected as deputy section chief, with 4 people in the whole department. 1953 in June, all counties (cities), directly under the authority and large and medium-sized industrial and mining departments were established, and personnel departments (units) were established one after another, with 2-4 people in charge. By 1957, personnel departments at all levels are responsible for the promotion, education, training, examination, appointment and dismissal, deployment, salary, welfare, training, rewards and punishments, cadre recruitment and distribution of college graduates.

1979 the personnel bureau of shaoyang revolutionary Committee was established, co-located with the organization department of the municipal party Committee, with Shi zhenru as the deputy director and 9 people in the overall situation. There are 15 people in the world. In August of the same year, the department-level cadre section of the Municipal Personnel Bureau was abolished, and the Shaoyang department-level cadre management bureau was established, with eight secretaries and personnel departments. 1At the end of 1985, the Municipal Personnel Bureau 17 people.

1986, the municipal institutions in Shaoyang merged. The Personnel Department of Shaoyang Municipal Bureau of Labor and Personnel and the Municipal Cadre Administration merged to form Shaoyang Municipal Bureau of Personnel. In May, the Municipal Personnel Bureau set up an office, a cadre deployment section, a cadre appointment and dismissal section, a demobilized military cadre placement section, a science and technology cadre section, a municipal talent exchange section, a salary section (also known as the salary reform office of municipal organs and institutions) and a retired cadre management section. There are actually 47 people in the overall situation.

1990 The Municipal Personnel Bureau added a training section, a title and position section and a civil servant management section. The talent exchange office was renamed as the second cadre office (responsible for cadre recruitment), and the retired cadre management office was renamed as the insurance and welfare office. The overall situation is 45 people, including 5 directors and deputy directors.

1952 to10-1958 in February, the post of chief of the personnel department of Shaoyang City was successively represented by Peng (female), Zhu Gongkuan, Deng Mingyuan and Xie Anguo. 1March, 958 to1August, 965, Zeng Youyun and Zhang Eshan successively served as directors of Shaoyang Personnel Bureau; Shi Zhenyou, Zhou Dedian, Xiao and Li Xian were appointed as deputy directors.
