The content of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts examination is modeling foundation, design foundation and so on. The contents of the school examination include the professional creation of Chinese painting, professional sketch, comprehensive painting of plastic arts for fine arts majors, artistic modeling ability of sketch color experiment, calligraphy proposition creation, artistic appreciation and thinking ability, comprehensive ability of artistic theory, professional foundation and so on.

Hubei Academy of Fine Arts, located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, is the only multi-disciplinary and multi-educational art college in Central China, China, and was selected as the "National First-class Discipline Construction University" in Hubei Province.

It is one of the eight independent fine arts colleges in China, one of the first batch of 32 MFA education pilot units in China, with the right to award bachelor's and master's degrees, and one of the key universities in "Hubei 20 1 1 Plan".

The school, formerly known as Wuchang Art School, was founded in 1920, and later named as "Private Wuchang Art College" (referred to as Wuchang Art College for short). It is the first private art education school in modern China. From 65438-0949, Wuchang Art College was merged into Zhongyuan University, and then merged into Hubei Education College and Huazhong Normal University.

197 1 renamed Hubei Institute of Art; 1978 Restore the original school name to Hubei Art Institute, which is divided into two parts: art and music; 1985 With the consent of the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the approval of the former State Education Commission, the Fine Arts Branch of Hubei Art Institute was independently established as Hubei Fine Arts Institute.

By the beginning of 2002 1 and1,the school had two campuses, Tanhualin and Hidden Dragon Island, covering an area of more than 730 mu, with a collection of more than 200,000 paper books. There are 15 departments, 25 undergraduate majors, 34 professional directions, 3 first-class disciplines, and 1 professional master's degree authorization categories.
