There is a set of strict regulations on the handling of special types of work, which cannot be done by a unit if it wants to. First of all, it depends on whether the unit has the qualification for special types of work. Only under this premise can the individual identification of special types of work be handled.
One personal ID card and its photocopy, two one-inch bareheaded photos, education certificate, physical examination certificate, training assessment certificate, training fee payment invoice, etc. Need to apply for a special operation certificate. Special operations personnel must go to the local hospitals at or above the county level for physical examination before participating in the training, and those who pass the physical examination can participate in the theoretical training and practical training of safety technology corresponding to their special operations. Special operations personnel must be at least 18 years old, not exceeding the national statutory retirement age, have a junior high school education or above, be in good health, have no other diseases and physical defects that hinder this operation, have the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills, and meet other conditions specified in special operations.
To apply for an operation certificate, the applicant needs to register with the relevant materials at the Department of Safety Supervision Bureau or the designated training center, fill in the Application Form for Assessment of Special Operation Safety Technology Training, and participate in special operation safety technology training. After passing the examination, go to the original training point to receive the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operation Certificate. For those who are unqualified, the training unit will inform their unit or themselves.

Article 29
When adopting new technologies, new processes, new materials or new equipment, production and business units must understand and master their safety technical characteristics, take effective safety protection measures, and conduct special safety education and training for employees.
Article 30
Special operators of production and business units must receive special safety training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts.
The scope of special operations personnel shall be determined by the emergency management department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council.
Provisions on the administration of safety technical training and assessment for special operations personnel
Article 4
Special operations personnel shall meet the following conditions:
(a) at least 65438 08 years of age, and not more than the national statutory retirement age;
(2) Having passed the physical examination in the community or medical institution at or above the county level, and having no diseases and physical defects such as organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis agitans, psychosis, dementia, etc. that hinder the corresponding special operations;
(3) Having a junior high school education or above;
(four) have the necessary knowledge and skills of safety technology;
(five) other conditions stipulated in the corresponding special operations.
In addition to meeting the requirements specified in Items (1), (2), (4) and (5) of the preceding paragraph, personnel engaged in special operations of hazardous chemicals shall also have a high school education or equivalent.
