2. Mine ventilation: whether all mechanical ventilation is realized, whether the mine ventilation system is perfect and whether the ventilation structures are complete and intact; Whether the local ventilation equipment is installed in the mining face and the place with poor ventilation, and whether the local ventilator has perfect protection devices such as leakage, grounding and overcurrent; Whether the wind quality, air volume and wind speed in underground workplaces meet the relevant provisions of the state; Whether fences and warning signs are set up in the mining face, single-headed uphill or long single-headed roadway where the operation has stopped and the ventilation equipment has been removed.
3. Mining engineering: whether the mining enterprise mines according to the mining method specified in the design, and whether the pillars and rock pillars reserved in the design are mined or destroyed; Whether the maximum allowable exposed area of the roof exceeds the design requirements; Whether the mined-out area is handled in time according to the requirements of mining design; Whether there are obvious warning signs and fences in the surface subsidence area.
4. Water prevention measures: whether to formulate and implement the water disaster prevention system, find out the hydrogeological conditions in the mining area and the water accumulation in the abandoned goaf, and whether to formulate and strictly implement flood control, waterproof and drainage measures and emergency plans; Whether the elevation of mine wellhead is higher than the highest flood level in local history by more than one meter; Whether to implement the principle of "when in doubt, probe first, then dig, then explore before mining"; Whether the model and quantity of main underground drainage equipment meet the requirements of specifications and underground drainage.
5, fire prevention measures: whether the ground and underground fire prevention system is formulated and implemented; Whether the main air intake roadway, machine room, cavern and warehouse are constructed of incombustible materials, whether there are fire signs, and whether necessary fire-fighting equipment and facilities are equipped according to regulations; Whether there are flammable, combustible and fire sources within 20 meters of the entrance wellhead, machine room and cavern; Whether the air compressor (including mobile air compressor) is installed on the ground or in a well-ventilated, flammable and combustible room.
(3) Open-pit mines
1. Whether the open-pit mining principle of "stripping while mining, stripping before mining" is strictly implemented, and mining is carried out in layers and steps from top to bottom; Whether the production bench height, platform width and bench slope angle meet the design requirements; Whether the width and height of layered drilling platform in small open-pit quarry meet the specification requirements.
2. Whether the safe distance of mine blasting meets the design and specification requirements.
3, whether to improve the flood control and drainage measures, whether the stope work help regularly check, whether to effectively clean up the dangerous stones and pumice on the slope.
4. Whether mechanized shovel loading is adopted, and whether excavation equipment and transport vehicles are regularly maintained and overhauled to ensure normal operation.
(4) tailings pond
1, the operation of the tailings pond in service, whether the annual tailings pond discharge operation plan is prepared according to the regulations, and whether the tailings pond is discharged according to the design specifications.
2. Whether the minimum safe superelevation, minimum dry beach length, flood discharge facilities, observation facilities of saturation line of tailings dam, slope ratio outside dam body and drainage facilities meet the design requirements, and whether the beach top elevation meets the flood control requirements; Whether the tailings dam above Grade 4 is equipped with observation facilities for dam displacement and dam saturation line.
3. Whether the measures for preventing rainstorm and mountain torrents are implemented and whether the emergency materials and equipment are sufficient; Whether the flood discharge facilities are inspected, maintained and dredged before the flood season to ensure smooth flow, and whether all the baffles above the flood discharge sill 1.5 times the flood regulation height are opened according to the determined flood discharge sill height, so as to effectively remove the debris around the flood discharge outlet.
4.
