In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government on Forwarding the State Council's Document on Further Implementing the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, according to the instructions of the Pu 'er Municipal People's Government, the Pu 'er Municipal Bureau of Justice decided to carry out the online courseware training and online answering examination of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China for administrative law enforcement personnel in 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, online training and answering exams
From May 30 to June 5, 2022, a special network courseware training course was held in WeChat WeChat official account of Pu 'er Municipal Bureau of Justice, and an online learning column of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China was opened. In 2022, an online Q&A on the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China was held.
Second, the relevant requirements
All departments at all levels in the city should seriously organize the administrative law enforcement personnel in their own regions and departments to complete their studies and answers as required, and those who pass the examination will be issued with a "Qualification Certificate" as the basis for the qualification certification of administrative law enforcement personnel in that year; Did not participate in the study or did not obtain the "qualification certificate", by the county administrative law enforcement personnel, law enforcement departments to organize training and assessment, and the training and assessment and the "administrative punishment law of the people's Republic of China" organization and implementation report submitted to the Municipal Bureau of justice.
Online study of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China by county-level administrative law enforcement personnel and the examination work are organized by the county-level judicial bureau.

Municipal administrative law enforcement departments and county-level judicial bureaus shall report the information received and the organization and implementation in writing to the Pu 'er Municipal Judicial Bureau before June 7, 2022. The development of relevant work is one of the bases for the law enforcement assessment of the construction of a government ruled by law in 2022.
