What does a business association do?
China enterprise confederation is a national mass organization with enterprises and entrepreneurs (enterprise managers) as the main body, experts, scholars and journalists as participants, aiming at promoting enterprise reform and development, improving enterprise management level, communicating the relationship between enterprises and the government, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs. China Enterprise Association adheres to the purpose of facing enterprises, serving enterprises and entrepreneurs, providing intellectual services such as training, consulting, information and research results for enterprises and economic management departments, publishing management books, newspapers and periodicals, and conducting international exchanges, so as to promote the modernization of enterprise management and production technology, and explore and establish the enterprise management system in Socialism with Chinese characteristics as the overall goal of all work.

China enterprise confederation (hereinafter referred to as China Enterprise Union) is a national social organization approved by the State Council and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Its competent department is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The highest authority of the Federation is the National Congress of Members, which is held every five years.
