First of all, from the arrangement of training content, there are opening ceremonies: leaders' speeches, course announcements, discipline lectures, lectures by the secretary of the Youth League Committee, inspirational life lectures, elegant art appreciation, case analysis, group discussion and exchange, lectures on how to build a first-class team, and quality development activities. This content arrangement has been upgraded from all aspects of how to become an excellent student cadre, for example, through group discussion and exchange, we have exercised our communication and organizational skills; Through the lecture given by the secretary of the Youth League Committee, we can clearly understand how to cultivate ourselves into excellent student cadres. Through the appreciation of elegant art, it has a great visual impact and thinking reaction on our science and engineering students from artistic behavior and aesthetics, and cultivated our aesthetic consciousness and sentiment to a certain extent; Through the lecture, we also clearly realize that an excellent team plays a vital role in today's competitive environment, which makes us understand that we should have the spirit of "teamwork" so that we can go further and longer on our own road. Through quality development activities, we also cultivated our practical ability, let us learn to help each other in difficulties, and let us feel a warm current of "unity is strength" ... so this training really benefited everyone.
Secondly, I want to talk about Secretary Tu Rong's views on how to become an excellent student cadre. This opening ceremony is the first time I have seen Secretary Tu at close range since I entered school for more than two years. Sure enough, Secretary Tu's lecture gave me a great shock. He comprehensively and objectively described the problems and bad styles of student cadres in the whole university, and also put forward new requirements for student cadres. Student cadres should be good at persisting in carrying out their work under the leadership of the Communist Youth League, persisting in designing work contents for the majority of students, striving to win the support and trust of students, paying attention to designing work that respects students' dominant position, and making full use of students' favorite ways of communication and contact. The brief "six essentials" summarizes the working methods and principles of student cadres, which are concise and to the point. At the same time, he also proposed how to deal with six relationships that are closely related to us. I share with you my feelings. First, the relationship between study and work is a cliche. Many of our cadres' academic performance has plummeted when their work is booming. I think we student cadres should coordinate the time allocation between the two, and then improve the learning efficiency and scientificity. We should study while others are sleeping and study while others are playing. The second is the relationship between inheritance and innovation. In this regard, I think we should promote our own brand of works. For an activity plan, it must be in line with what most students like, and then we will package and beautify it to form our unique innovative activities. The third is the relationship between schools and colleges. Some student cadres are very practical in their work at school. As soon as I returned to the college, I put on airs and did not cooperate with the work of the college, grade or class. For such students, I think it is very inconsistent with the basic qualities of cadres. Cadres are used to serve students, and service is service; The fourth is the relationship between teachers and students. There is no doubt that some teachers will be human when grading, so it is very important to do this well. Of course, your own strength is king; Fifth, our relationship with others depends on our parents at home, our friends when we go out, and our classmates when we go to school. Therefore, it is very helpful for our development to strengthen our contact with our classmates and care more about them. Sixth, with regard to the relationship between the present and the future, our classmates should take a long view, dare to take on more responsibilities and do more work, even if it is dirty work, instead of staring at the petty profits in front of them, shouting for funds every day, adding points to ideological and political work and so on. As college students, we should dare to take responsibility.
Furthermore, through this training, I also realized my own shortcomings. As an excellent student cadre, at least you should be able to sit down and write hard enough. This is a "hard injury" for many students. When I stand up, I should be able to say, let's not learn from Chen Jingrun. I have to say it so that everyone can understand what you are trying to say. I think I still have a lot of room for improvement. I should make relevant plans to improve.
Finally, regarding the group discussion, some cadres have raised the following questions: students' enthusiasm for participating in activities is low (self-development VS class development), and I think there are several channels to solve it: First, we should do a few activities to familiarize everyone; ② Activities should be attractive and meaningful; ③ Considering the students' situation, organize different activities for many times to gradually drive inactive students; 4 Don't rush into it, create a feeling of "home" for everyone, cherish the collective and establish a sense of ownership; (5) a small number of small-scale activities, and then large-scale activities, can not be rushed. The students had a detailed exchange with their own questions.
I think it is really precious to have the opportunity to participate in such training. We came from four different colleges, and I learned a lot from different angles and different ways of thinking. The collision of thinking and the confrontation of wisdom have made me make a lot of progress in this big bone class. I quote Secretary Tu: Always loyal and always passionate.
Chapter II: Self-identity of the trainees. Our college organized our student cadres to participate in two trainings. For the first time, our director Tan gave a lecture, and for the second time, Professor Hu, a consultant of Sany Heavy Industry who taught in Communications Vocational College, talked about how to be a student cadre and how to be a good student cadre.
Give lectures (I don't think that's what we are forced to teach, but what we don't have in our textbooks). At first, Director Tan raised four questions for us:
1. What is the nature of the Student Union? What is its purpose and task?
2. Why do you want to join the Student Union? Youth league Committee?
3. How can we be good classmates of cadres? Do a good job?
4. How to carry out the work of the Student Union?
Regarding the first point, I think the nature of the student union is to serve students, assist schools, improve their own ability and quality, and always implement the party's policies. Its aim is always to serve students enthusiastically, and I think this is also its main task. Its other tasks include developing exchanges among college students, establishing a good image of our school and expanding its popularity.
At present, too many student cadres are too arrogant, too self-respecting, too arrogant and too autocratic, and all bad things have become synonymous with them. It's not that they are bad, but that they forget the true meaning of their posts, forget not to contact their classmates, forget to serve their classmates, and forget to correctly handle the relationship between these posts and psychology.
Professor Hu also talked about learning to deal with interpersonal relationships in his speech, and gave us several principles to deal with interpersonal relationships:
1, the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences
2. The principle of self-denial.
3. The principle of mutual benefit
4, the principle of honesty and trustworthiness
Among these four points, I think honesty and trustworthiness are the basic morality that everyone should have no matter what role he plays. Without this, how can others be willing to give him this job? Then I think it's self-denial I think many student cadres are not cadres, and it is difficult for 80% to do this well. People are a little selfish, but as long as their selfishness doesn't hurt others, I think it is still desirable. If it is serious enough to be arbitrary, there will be no mutual benefit behind it, and you will not listen to other people's good ideas or criticisms, which is tantamount to seeking common ground while reserving differences.
Chapter III: Self-evaluation of trainees in the training process. This training made me think a lot about my work and the village where I work. I found that my work was far from finished. The first problem is that I didn't integrate myself into Jianfa Village and didn't really put the interests of the villagers first in my work. This article is my own experience. I divide my article into two meanings: first, reflection on my work; The second is to make a plan and orientation for the development of your village through training. The second point is the focus of this experience.
Through the analysis of the present situation, I think the key to solving rural problems is to increase farmers' income, which is both the key and the primary problem. Is there any way to increase income? Combined with the reality of our village, I think the breakthrough of Jianfa Village is the red melon that other villages don't have. The reasons are as follows: First, the soil and water in Jianfa Village determines that only the red melons planted in Jianfa Village are the best; Second, Jianfa Village has a long history of planting red melons; Third, the red melon has not yet opened the market, which is its weakness, but I think it is also its advantage. Because of this, we can firmly believe that the market is big and the consumer groups are wide. Here I take the listed green oranges as an example to introduce the specific implementation steps of Jianfa Village red melons going out of Qixian County and Shanxi Province:
First of all, we must solve the variety problem of red melon.
At this point, we should divide it into several smaller points.
(1) Optimize the seeds. Although the red melons in Jianfa Village have a long history, the seeds are all selected by farmers themselves. Seeds are degraded year by year, which shows that melons are not as sweet as before, the time from maturity to maturity is shortened, and melons are not as fragrant as before. In this case, the optimization of seeds is particularly important. Only through seed optimization can the quality of red melon be guaranteed. Only excellent quality assurance is the magic weapon for it to win the battle in the market.
(2) Characteristic cultivation. We are going to set up an experimental field to see if we can get the special packaging of red melon through experiments. First, put the melon in a cuboid or triangular box after planting, which is convenient for transportation and arouses the curiosity of consumers; The second is to write on melons and apply the method of writing on apples to red melons.
Second, do a good job in publicity and open up the market.
Publicity points:
(1) Through the determination of professional and technical departments, see how the nutritional components of red melon are, and take it as the first choice for publicity.
(2) Long-term life practice tells us that red melon is suitable for a wide range of people, from 80-year-old people to children for several months, and it has not caused enteritis and diarrhea. It is really suitable for all ages.
Third, deep processing, improve added value.
Red melon has a characteristic that other fruits don't have, that is, it can emit a strong fruit fragrance. For example, if you take a few red melons on the train, your carriage will smell like this melon. This fragrance is not the nose-piercing fragrance in modern cosmetics, but it is particularly natural and refreshing. I think if this fragrance can be extracted and made into spices, the value of red melon will be far more than that.
This is just my initial idea. It's easy to say, but taking action will encounter many difficulties, but I'm not afraid. Although the black hat of the township official is very small, as long as he wears it for one day, he will think of the people for one day. It took Green Orange three years to open the market, and we also need this spirit of persistence. So, from now on, we should take action.
