I saw a lot of advice for you downstairs, but none of them were very detailed. I am a member of Rujia Jinka (the highest-ranking member of Rujia) and Jinjiang Star (the only one in his family regardless of rank), and I have lived in both of them for more than 20 times. Let me talk about my personal feelings for your reference. (mainly Luoyang)
Let's start with the room. If the floor is dark (dark green), Jinjiang is almost white (grayish white? ), the walls of home inns are generally two colors (light red and yellow, different colors in different regions), and the walls of Jinjiang are almost as white as the floor. Although both houses are clean, no matter how you look at them, Jinjiang is clean, because they are all plain. (But the house is also very clean. )
Speaking of room size, Jinjiang Inn really bothers me. The bathroom and room are a little crowded. Home-like bathrooms can generally be washed by two people together (little evil, hehe ~), and there is a place to hang clothes in summer, but Jinjiang's is not, and the space is very crowded. I always feel that there are only three or four. You can only wash them one by one (but the whole bathroom in Jinjiang is still very beautiful). As for the room, I can only say that every time I surf the Internet in Jinjiang, the back of my chair is leaning against the bed, and the space is very small (a little suspicious that the fat man is sitting humbled), and there is no room for people to walk behind, so my husband has to "turn over the bed" every time. Moreover, Jinjiang has only one chair, which means that only one person can surf the Internet, and there are two at home. We often watch movies together and pull our chairs far away. It is really comfortable for two people to lean together.
Besides the facilities, Jinjiang's TV is LCD, but Home Inn is not. I have always felt that air conditioning and heating in Jinjiang are as good as at home, or it may be that the rooms in Jinjiang are large and always feel that it does not gather heat, but if there is heating in Jinjiang in winter (the effect is not very good), there is no difference between air conditioning and refrigeration. Jinjiang has a guest room sofa, but Home Inn doesn't. The hot water at home is relatively stable, and Jinjiang is cold and hot.
Breakfast, Jinjiang 15, Home Inn 12. Moreover, Home Inns often have activities, and breakfast coupons are given in every room. Last time I went to Wangcheng Store in Jinjiang, I ate three meals for 35 yuan, but to be honest, I felt bored after eating three meals, and the taste was the same. As for the taste, my husband said it was delicious at home, and I thought it was similar, but I felt exquisite in Jinjiang.
Let's talk about service. What I am most satisfied with is the service. There are water dispensers, sofas and small sweets at the checkout counter, and the latest coupons from KFC or McDonald's in the lobby. When there are many people, you can put a candy in your mouth to drink water and study whether you want to eat a fast food at night. If someone is in a hurry, they will explain, and when it's your turn, they will say, "Sorry to have kept you waiting." Jinjiang has only sofas, and often says to people in a hurry, "Please row to the right." When you are at home, whether you meet waiters on the elevator or in the corridor, they will greet you with a smile. Jinjiang usually takes an indifferent attitude. Also, when there are guests on the elevator, the employees of Home Inn will not push the cleaning car to squeeze together with you (that is, the kind of cart with sheets on it), especially when there are newly changed sheets, they are waiting for the guests to get off, but on several occasions, the waiter in Jinjiang directly pushed a newly changed sheet handlebar to squeeze me into the elevator. . . Home Inn has a small rattan chair and a small rattan table outside the elevator, which is convenient for guests to rest and put their luggage while waiting for the elevator, but Jinjiang Inn does not.
The above is my personal experience of staying at Home Inn and Jinjiang Inn so many times. You can refer to it yourself, I hope it will help you.
By the way, Wangcheng store in Jinjiang is the latest, clean, with the most rooms and close to the city center. If you are mainly engaged in urban activities, I suggest you stay here. The railway station store has convenient transportation, and Xigong Stadium is the oldest store with a good reputation. Close to the scenic spots.
Home Inn has two stores, and it is recommended to stay at Tanggong Road Store, which is newly opened and close to the city center and the railway station.
Pure manual input, if you think it's not bad, give some points, thank you ~
