About the scope of practice of the second-level cost engineer?
The practice scope of the second-level cost engineer includes: assisting the first-level registered cost engineer to carry out related work, which can be carried out independently: material analysis, planning, organization and cost management, construction drawing budget and design budget preparation of construction projects; Compilation of construction bill of quantities, bidding control price and bidding quotation; Compilation of contract price, settlement and final settlement price of construction projects.

The second-level cost engineer can assist the first-level registered cost engineer to carry out related work and can independently carry out specific work. Grade II cost engineers need to be registered before they can practice in the name of cost engineers. The initial registration time of the second-level cost engineer is within one year from the date of issuance of the qualification certificate.

Secondary cost engineer can independently carry out the specific work content are:

(a) the construction project quantity analysis, planning, organization cost management, construction drawing budget, design budget;

(two) the construction project bill of quantities, tender control price, tender offer preparation;

(three) the preparation of construction project contract price, settlement and final accounts.
