Among them, the basic theory of construction project supervision and related laws and regulations, construction project contract management are basic subjects, and construction project target control and construction project supervision case analysis are professional subjects. Professional subjects are divided into three professional categories: civil engineering, traffic engineering and water conservancy engineering. Candidates can choose one of them according to the actual work needs when registering.
Supervision is a position, which refers to a person who has been trained in supervision business, has similar engineering-related professional knowledge and is engaged in specific supervision work. Mainly responsible for learning and implementing relevant construction supervision policies.
Supervisor-college degree or above+post certificate (supervisor certificate), including: civil engineering, municipal administration, installation, safety and other majors; Professional supervision engineer-junior college or above+junior professional title or above+post certificate.
Responsibilities of the supervisor:
1, conscientiously study and implement the relevant policies and regulations of construction supervision and the laws, regulations, policies, standards and specifications of national, provincial and municipal engineering construction, and convince people by reasoning in their work.
2. Be familiar with the contract terms, specifications and design drawings of the supervised project, effectively carry out on-site supervision work under the leadership of professional supervision engineers, and report the problems in the construction process in time.
3. Carefully study the design drawings and documents, correctly understand the design intent, strictly follow the supervision procedures and basis, and conduct inspection and acceptance under the guidance and authorization of professional supervision engineers; Master the overall progress information of the project and report to the professional supervision engineer (or chief supervision engineer) in time.
4, check the contractor into the project manpower, materials, main equipment and its use and operation, and make inspection records; Supervise and inspect the investment in safety measures of the construction unit.
