I want to be the main person in charge of the business department. Grasping business development is my central task and I can't relax at any time. In the past two years, I have done several specific tasks around this center: 1. Scientific plan. After dozens of days of investigation and study, we have basically found out six factors that affect the stability of the team, namely, policy scaffolding, administrative intervention, single terms, poor publicity, indiscriminate rewards and punishments, and lax system. In view of the above problems, with the consent of the general manager's office, the agent management meeting was held quickly to inform the situation and study countermeasures. Companies at all levels have formulated targeted solutions according to their different problems, and pointed out that the marketing team should be institutionalized in strict accordance with the Basic Law. In April, according to the work situation of each city and state and the preparation and maturity of the ideas and systems that have been unified by the whole department for more than a year, the provincial company issued a document and decisively abolished the "Basic Law" of each city and state.
