As the College of Art has just been divided into two departments: the Department of Fine Arts and Art Design and the Department of Music, a series of materials such as the original work plan, relevant system and student training plan of the General Party Branch need to be readjusted and formulated, which increases the workload of the Secretary of the General Party Branch. In the party building work, assist the secretary of the General Party Branch of the Art College to improve the 20 12 work plan of the General Party Branch of the Art College of Daqing Normal University, and adjust the detailed rules for the implementation of the activity of striving for Excellence in combination with the actual situation of the Art College. I have attended many university branch meetings, general party membership meeting, etc. Participated in the whole process of teachers' development of party member, found some problems in the development of party member, and put forward some views and opinions on the education management of party member in art colleges. In terms of student management, we assisted the secretary of the General Party Branch and the secretary of the student party branch to do a good job in the education management of students in party member and the standardization of materials in party member, and combined with the theme activities such as striving for Excellence and the "three basics" work, we initially formulated a party class and advanced education program suitable for art students. In the communication and conversation with students, understand the difficulties students encounter in their study and life, and give feedback to the college leaders in time, so that the college leaders can understand the students' ideological trends at the first time. In teaching management, I have always insisted on attending regular teaching meetings and going deep into the classroom. Because my major is art, I have a relatively good understanding of art design.
