According to the labor law, the probation period is related to the term of your contract. If the contract term is 1 year, the probation period shall not exceed one month, two years, two months or three years.
The salary during the probation period shall not be lower than 80% of the official salary and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.
A labor contract should also be signed during the probation period.
If the other party doesn't sign a labor contract, or can't get the salary during the six-month probation period, it will be very easy. Keep the evidence of your work, preferably with the company seal (such as work badge), and then go to the labor bureau (cross-level) to get it done. They will accompany you to get money in addition to making up your salary.
