Problems and Suggestions of Farmers' Cooperatives
The problems of farmers' cooperatives are: small scale, few leading enterprises and lack of talents; In view of the existing problems, some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening support, strengthening training and innovating training mode.

1, small scale

The radiation is very weak. Of the 68 farmers' cooperatives founded by supply and marketing cooperatives, less than 10 has a scale of more than 10, and has been rated as 4 national model cooperatives and 2 provincial model cooperatives10. In addition, most other cooperatives are not strong in their own economic strength, the overall scale of operation is not large, the radiation-driven ability is not strong, and the driving force for farmers is insufficient.

2. There are few leading enterprises.

The weak brand awareness and the low degree of organization of farmers' cooperatives entering the market, especially in the aspects of lack of market information and weak brand awareness, increase the difficulty of opening up the market, which leads to the low efficiency of cooperatives and is difficult to break through.

3. Lack of talents

The overall quality is low. Due to the development of urbanization, most young people in rural areas move to cities, and rural areas lack management talents who understand technology, know how to manage and have strong market development ability.

4. Strengthen support.

Give full play to the role of policy support in accelerating the development of farmers' professional cooperatives, implement various preferential policies such as finance and taxation, constantly innovate policy measures, give play to the incentive effect of policies, and promote the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.

5. Strengthen training.

Improve the quality of the team. Training courses are often held, and experts are invited to train the heads of cooperatives in the aspects of formation and operation, financial management, innovation and development, so as to cultivate a group of farmers' professional cooperative leaders who dare to think and do things with modern agricultural concepts.

6. Innovative training mode

Adhere to local conditions, guide by classification, encourage various development modes such as "company+cooperative+base+farmer" and "company+cooperative+farmer", and vigorously cultivate a number of new farmers' professional cooperatives with the functions of promoting industry development, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and enhancing industry self-discipline.

Business model of farmers' cooperatives

On the basis of maintaining the rural collective economy, farmers voluntarily share their land in cooperatives, and the cooperative manages the cooperative land in a unified way, such as leasing or self-management. Farmers have changed from "small landlords" who grow their own crops to "shareholders" who receive dividends and no longer participate in agricultural production and management. It is vividly said: "Land becomes equity, farmers become shareholders, land is not cultivated, and income depends on dividends.

Land cooperatives are not the mainstream in China's current practice. On the one hand, most agricultural people no longer engage in agricultural production, but they still regard land as their last guarantee and are not at ease to give it to others. On the other hand, the ways and means of land management need to be further innovated to continuously improve the economic benefits of land, so as to attract more farmers to participate in the operation of land cooperatives.
