According to Article 37- 1 of the Criminal Law, if a faculty member commits a crime by taking advantage of his/her position or violates the specific obligations required by his/her position, the people's court may prohibit him/her from engaging in related occupations for a certain period of time according to the situation of the crime and the need to prevent recidivism.

Where other laws and administrative regulations prohibit or restrict them from engaging in related occupations, such provisions shall prevail.
