What are the systems of the Young Pioneers?
The Young Pioneers' working system is the principle that all the players should abide by and the guarantee to do well the team work. Several common systems are:

1. Team cadre election system. According to the team's articles of association, the team Committee and captain are re-elected every six months to one year. This is a system that carries forward the spirit of democracy and implements the education of being the masters of the country. Re-election is usually held at the beginning of the school year or semester.

2. Team cadre rotation system. Each team cadre has a certain term of office, and may not be re-elected after the expiration without special circumstances. This system can give more young pioneers the opportunity to participate in the organization and management of the team and get exercise.

3. Regular meeting system of team cadres. Usually once a week or every other week. The main content is to report, investigate and sort out. The regular meeting of the big (middle) team can be organized by members in turn, and they are responsible for reporting to the counselor.

4. Team cadre training system. Training young pioneers cadres, so that they are familiar with and master their own job responsibilities, methods and skills, is a necessary means to improve the work level of young pioneers. The training methods include captain's school, lectures, practical exercises and on-site observation.

5. Pre-team education system. New players should be educated before joining the team. For example, learn the team emblem, learn to sing the team song, learn to respect the team name and call sign, and wear a red scarf to do a good thing for the people. When you join the team, you should hold a grand joining ceremony.

6. Praise and reward system. Young Pioneers' organizations should always praise good deeds in radio, team newspapers and honor books, and focus on praising outstanding young pioneers and outstanding young pioneers' collectives on Children's Day on June 1 and the anniversary of team building on June 3. 10.

7. Active system. The activities of the Young Pioneers in primary schools generally require holding one or two brigade activities each semester; Squadron activities once a month; Team activities are held once a week. The time of each activity should not be too long, the content should not be complicated, and attention should be paid to age characteristics.

8. Team life meeting system. It is a good form for players to exchange ideas and enhance friendship. Life meetings can be held during team activities or after school.

9. Leave the team system. According to the regulations of the team, players who have reached the age of 14 should leave the Young Pioneers organizationally. When the over-age players leave the team, the brigade will hold a departure ceremony and go through the formalities.

10. Post education system. The position is an important foundation for the Young Pioneers to carry out their work. We should make use of our position (small housework) to give regular education and work to our team members so that they can learn the necessary management skills. These fixed and indispensable activity positions will make the team members truly feel the existence of the Young Pioneers organization, enrich the activities of the Young Pioneers, meet the various interests and requirements of the team members, and cultivate their organizational concepts and sense of responsibility for the organization.
