Anyone who abides by laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the national BIM engineer professional and technical level examination after attending the training and obtaining certain training hours:
1. Applicants for BIM modeler should have technical secondary school education or above, major in engineering and engineering economics, have been engaged in construction engineering for 2 years, and have a college education 1 year. College students and graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the exam with the certificate of studying abroad;
2. Those who apply for BIM intermediate engineer should have secondary school education or above, major in engineering and engineering economics, have been engaged in construction engineering for 5 years, have a junior college education for 3 years, have a bachelor's degree for 2 years, have a postgraduate degree of 1 year, or have obtained a BIM modeler certificate for 2 years;
3. To apply for a BIM senior engineer, you should have a college degree or above, major in engineering and engineering economics, have been engaged in construction engineering for 6 years, have a bachelor's degree for 4 years, have a postgraduate degree for 2 years, or have obtained a BIM intermediate engineer certificate for 2 years.
Exemption conditions:
After obtaining the professional certificate of BIM intermediate engineer, you can sign up for other professional examinations of BIM intermediate engineer, and you can be exempted from taking the BIM theoretical knowledge subjects.
