Because Wang Leehom has never been abroad, she is always eager to hear Suma talk about her own country. Curious, she gradually made a bold decision to marry in Africa!

At that time, neither my parents nor my brother agreed that Wang Leehom should marry in Africa. First of all, it's because Africa is too far away to take care of Wang Leehom. I want to see it. Secondly, the customs and habits in Africa are different from those in China, not to mention the whole country!

Cultural differences between the two countries

As one of the four ancient civilizations in Ethiopia, Africa is the place where "the earliest fully formed man" was found, which also led anthropologists to conclude that Africa may be the birthplace of mankind. Therefore, this land will always bring you many mysterious colors, such as lush tropical rain forest to explore, the world's most vast Sahara desert to explore, the people's feelings are very simple and heroic, and the regional characteristics are very distinctive.

However, due to different religions and some historical problems, African women's status is very low. Just like the feudal system in China, "Men are heavenly daughters and cannot cross the border", so it is difficult for women to get respect in Africa.

For example, in public places, chairs are for men, while women only deserve to sit on the ground; There is also polygamy, where several women serve a young lady; Because they believe in Islam, women must wear headscarves like Muslim women; In addition, there are still "circumcision" that has not been banned and abolished, and there are still some places that are inconsistent with China's current socialist system.

Besides the mismatch of system and custom, Wang Leehom's family also despises this prospective son-in-law. One is a talented woman in Tsinghua, and the other is a rural guy in Africa, who is not even as good as marriage. It may be because people who are not familiar with Africa think that African blacks are basically the same. Wang Leehom, who is a bit "face blind", lamented that it is really not easy to recognize people. He is only a yellow race and always feels a sense of distance.

Then there is the problem of eating habits. Many people will see such a sentence when introducing African eating habits-Africans would rather starve to death than farm, and would rather die of thirst than dig wells. So skinny Africans usually eat crops such as corn and cassava. China's loss of appetite will be hard to accept for a while.

These external factors can still be overcome. One side feeds back the other side, but it's nothing difficult to accept if you get used to it.

As a strong woman, the excellent Wang Leehom quickly adapted to the folk customs of rural Uganda, and found a job in Uganda, that is, teaching local people to learn Chinese and introducing them to the Chinese culture in China, which is also famous locally.

Later, more and more people were eager to learn about China culture, so Wang Leehom established a "Luyangzi Middle School" in the Ugandan capital, which developed rapidly.
