Curing agent: a modified amine curing agent with good transparency, such as 593 curing agent, is best modified; If it is an unmodified amine, such as ethylenediamine and other polyamine curing agents, it is toxic, and the handicrafts made from it also have shortcomings in performance.

Accessories: defoamer, plasticizer, diluent (added or not added as appropriate), etc.

Second, the production process

1. Add all kinds of auxiliary materials into epoxy resin in a certain order (if the operating temperature is low, the epoxy resin can be heated to a suitable viscosity range for easy operation), and then let it stand for 5 minutes after stirring evenly, so that the bubbles generated during stirring disappear for use.

2. Prepare the modified amine curing agent for later use (when not in use, keep it sealed to avoid contact with air, so as to avoid the surface of the cured product from getting wet and turning white).

3. Carry the mold and install the required accessories (this operation can be carried out simultaneously with steps 1 and 2).

4. Mix the two materials prepared in advance evenly according to the proportion provided by the manufacturer (the auxiliary materials added in the epoxy resin can be ignored-refers to the epoxy value), and then slowly enter from the inner wall side of the prepared mold until the required amount is reached. Keep it horizontal and put it in an oven with a certain temperature or an environment suitable for curing.

5. After curing, take the product out of the mold safely.
