1, abnormal material warehousing quantity

A. Unfamiliar with parts: The function of material warehouse is to ensure the correct quantity of materials in and out. The reasons for this situation are:

First, I don't know some small parts that are not commonly used, because I am not familiar with materials.

Second, the distribution of warehouses is not concentrated. In this process, there are many varieties and there are deviations in classification; The size of the warehouse is too small, and the hardware can't keep up (such as shelves), which leads to chaotic warehouse and serious material accumulation. A lot of information can't be found or I don't know where to put it. So it is easy to appear abnormal quantity.

B, in and out of the warehouse items lost:

First, due to the lack of any warehouse rules and procedures in the early stage, uneven staffing and insufficient manpower, some warehouse managers have two jobs, and the warehouse has no protective facilities (such as doors, locks and isolation nets). As a result, the workshop staff did not report to the warehouse staff and went directly to the warehouse to collect materials.

Second, the company's lax access control system (no registration, no communication) leads suppliers or delivery personnel to directly unload materials into the workshop or warehouse and leave without informing the warehouse keeper.

2. Verification of abnormal materials after warehousing.

A, the warehouse keeper has a weak sense of responsibility, is not clear about the bill of materials of the products, and fails to accept the conversion as required, resulting in insufficient materials or uneven accessories;

3. Abnormal material input quantity:

A. Emergency materials are not accounted for: because the materials are not purchased in time. 4, material placement and regional division is not standardized:

A. Allocate all materials to a fixed position, and the fixed materials always keep this position whether there are materials or not. The advantage of this is that the area is clear, intuitive and easy to remember; Centralized and convenient operation; The required records are few, easy to count and easy to manage.

(4) Set the maximum and minimum inventory of materials.

According to the operation requirements of the company, the person in charge will identify the materials that have been put into storage on the same day with a specific material label card, indicating the name, specification, quantity and date of the materials.

3. Manpower arrangement

This requires us to arrange loading and unloading workers reasonably, make reasonable arrangements on limited manpower, and achieve orderly and smooth operation. From the processing manual, there are sub-manuals (bonded goods? Stored in the bonded area) and non-manual goods, storage also has different requirements. When the parts are transferred to the warehouse, they are often in a mess: the outer box of the parts is broken because it is a turnover box, so it will be used until it cannot be used. Moreover, the number of incoming terminals is sometimes confusing, and it is necessary to sort out and count each model, box number and terminal number; So we must be more careful and pay more attention to counting.

2. The outbound operation of parts

The production line will fax the parts list to our warehouse every day before 10 according to the production plan, and we will deliver the goods according to the list. What if it's on the list? Priority outbound? We should match the logistics information and send it to the production line at the first time, so as not to delay the operation of the production line. The assembled parts should be neatly placed on the tray, with the labels facing outward, and the export quantity should be placed in the turnover box, and the labels and quantities should be marked well to facilitate the other party's counting.

Four. Management of finished products/exports

Finished products/exports must be delivered out of the warehouse according to the order or export packing list, and must comply with? First in first out? Principles, especially in terms of exports. Fill in the box number and sealing number on the packing list correctly when exporting, and fax it to the freight forwarding department for confirmation before sealing and placing the box. The container truck driver had better compare the container number and seal number with? Equipment handover table? By the way, are they consistent?

2. Warehousing business of finished products/exports

Compared with parts, the warehousing of finished products/exported products is more convenient, but attention should be paid to inventory, especially for some products, which have to be piled up one by one. In the past, many boxes were found empty when they were put into storage (stolen in the factory when they were put into storage), so be careful. Warehouses should be neatly stacked, and export products should be marked with the production date on each tray for easy use? First in first out principle?
