Engineering geology training for one and a half days, has been observing three stations. But because of the heavy rain before training, we finally went to two stops. One is the dense caves, and the other is the Conghua fault zone.

On June 27th, after the teacher talked about some matters needing attention when going out in the morning, we packed our bags and set off for the first stop of our investigation-Mishidong. First of all, the teacher explained the content of this practice and put forward four questions, so that we can carry out this practice purposefully. These four questions are:

1. Which of the three rock classifications is the rock here?

Second, what rocks are there here?

3. Why are the rocks here so broken?

4. What is the weathering degree of the rocks here?

With questions, we observe the rocks here. It is found that the rocks here are mainly shale and sandstone, and a few are magmatic rocks, but the rocks here are layered rocks. Because there are a lot of shale and sandstone in the rocks here, these two kinds of rocks are typical rocks in layered rocks. After the teacher's final summary, we understand that the rocks here are layered rocks, not only because of its large distribution of shale and sandstone, but also because of its bedding, which tells us that the rocks here are layered rocks.

Sandstone: More than 50% of the grain size is 0. 074~2mm sand cementation. According to grain size, it can be divided into coarse-grained, medium-grained, fine-grained and silty sandstone; According to its main detrital composition, it can be divided into timely sandstone, feldspathic sandstone and lithic sandstone. , sandy structure and bedding structure. We found more sandstone siltstone and feldspathic sandstone here. As the name implies, the texture of shale is like a page of homework paper, which becomes like this under strong pressure.

Because the place we observed this time was next to a newly-built expressway, which was dug out of the mountains and the rocks were bare. During this period, there was plenty of rain, and the rocks near the vegetation have become soil and completely weathered. From top to bottom, the weathering degree of rocks is getting lower and lower, and there is only slight weathering near the foundation. The reason why the rock is so broken is because of the activity of the rock stratum, the action of internal stress and external stress, and also because the integrity of the rock stratum was destroyed shortly after construction.

Finally, we also measured the incidence, but because of operational reasons, our data are biased and cannot be recorded as experimental data.

On June 29th, we went to the second stop-Conghua Fault Zone for observation. This time, the problem is similar to last time. The rocks here are three types of metamorphic rocks, including mylonite and rhyolite. There are also magmatic rocks distributed in it, and we found that rocks similar to shale are also distributed in it, and later it was known that it was schist.

Because there was a lot of rain during this period, the rocks there were severely eroded by rain, which was lightly smashed with a hammer, and serious rhyolite was crushed into mud by hand, so we basically broke the samples by hand this time. Most of the rocks here are severely weathered and severely damaged by rain, which affects our observation.

It is located in the Conghua fault zone, where the crustal activity is intense, the rock strata change greatly, and man-made destruction, so the rocks there can not be crushed and used, but become mud and sediments. Next to the battlefield, the raw materials are the rocks there. After returning to school, we observed the rocks beside the school path, which were limestone. The magic of nature makes these ordinary rocks graceful and become a beautiful landscape in our school.

The training time is not long, and I don't know enough about geology. However, we are majoring in road and bridge, so we don't have to study as thoroughly as environmental geology. We just have a basic understanding of the proportion of geology in our road and bridge construction, which is the basic part. I paid attention to the parts of the expressway when I went out. After the road is completed, the roadside should be protected to reduce the probability of landslide accidents, which is related to the geological trend.

I. Main contents of training:

1, manual welding practice

The essentials of welding technology can be summarized by "five steps": preparation before welding, heating of weldment, melting of solder, removal of solder and removal of soldering iron.

Before soldering, we should remove the oxide layer on the surface of the component and bend the pins of the component. With tweezers, the left hand clings to the resistor and clamps the pin of the component, so that the bent part of the pin has a gap of more than two millimeters from the component. Some components should be bent according to the corresponding hole spacing on the circuit board because of the large hole spacing.

Manual welding practice is mainly about the use of electric soldering iron. Before using the soldering iron, be sure to pay attention to that the plug of the soldering iron must be plugged into the socket of the right hand, not the socket of the left hand. If you are left-handed, put it in your left hand. Before electrifying the electric soldering iron, straighten the wire of the electric soldering iron first, and check whether the insulation layer of the wire is damaged, so that the wire cannot be wrapped around the hand. After electrifying, the electric soldering iron should be inserted into the soldering iron holder, and check whether welding head will touch wires, schoolbags or other flammable items. Do not touch the heated metal part of the electric soldering iron with your hands during and after heating, so as to avoid scalding or electric shock. Sponge on the soldering iron frame should be cleaned in advance. When using an electric soldering iron, the welding head should be tinned first to protect the welding head, and the welding head will be white after tinning. Excess tin on the welding head can be wiped off the sponge with water on the soldering iron rack. When using the soldering iron, the soldering iron cannot melt the solder when the temperature is too low, or the solder joint is not completely melted, which becomes unsightly and unreliable. Too high will "burn" the soldering iron (although the temperature is very high, you can't get tin). In addition, the welding time should be controlled. If the soldering iron stays too short, the solder will not completely melt, forming "virtual soldering", while if the soldering time is too long, it will easily damage components or tilt the copper foil of the printed circuit board.

We carried out cube welding and practice plate welding operations. In practice, we should constantly sum up, grasp the heating time and the amount of tin delivered, and lay the foundation for the assembly and welding of electronic kits.

2. Assembly of electronic kit

(1) Identification and detection of components: There are many components in the electronic suite, including diodes, triodes, resistors, capacitors, electrets and so on. Before assembly, the components should be identified and tested to see whether their nominal values are close to the measured values and to determine whether the components meet the requirements. It should be noted that the resistance should be distinguished according to the color change, the anode and cathode of diode and electrolytic capacitor, the connection order of three pins of triode and so on.

(2) Welding of printed circuit board: Assemble the components on the circuit board according to the circuit diagram, and then weld.

(3) Electronic product debugging: If the debugging is unsuccessful, check where the problem lies and then solve it; If the debugging is successful, the test is completed.

Second, the training income.

1, have a preliminary and systematic understanding of electronic technology theory. Through the practice of electrical and electronic engineering, I learned the welding skills of common components and circuit components, the design, production and process flow of printed circuit board diagram, the working principle and function of components, and accepted the basic welding training of electronic engineers, which made my basic welding technology and debugging ability get preliminary training and exercise, thus promoting my comprehensive mastery of electrical and electronic technology and comprehensive development of knowledge and ability, laying the foundation for future study and work after graduation.

3. More specific gains:

If it shows 0, it means a short circuit. If 1 is displayed, it means open circuit or reverse direction;

③ Learned how to measure the magnification of triode with multimeter and how to identify the three pins of triode "B", "E" and "C";

(4) Learn to recognize and read capacitors, and ceramic capacitors have no positive or negative electrodes; The long leg of electrolytic capacitor is "+"and the short leg is "-".

⑤ Know what electret, synchronous crystal oscillator and other components have never been touched before.

6. Understand the welding principle, technology and skills.

When I first assembled the electronic suite, I was anxious to insert the components into the circuit board according to the schematic diagram and then solder them. The night before I made the electronic kit for the second time, I took out the instruction manual and read the previous instructions carefully, only to find that there was a suggested installation order and a special instruction that the electrolytic capacitor should be installed horizontally to prevent the cover from being difficult to cover. I took out my incompletely soldered circuit board and saw it. Fortunately, only one electrolytic capacitor was welded, and other welded components were not welded in the order recommended in the manual. That night, I studied the schematic diagram for more than two hours before I figured out how to install it. From this incident, I deeply realized how important it is to be prepared. Most people were in a hurry to weld, so they didn't read the instructions carefully. I followed everyone in a hurry to weld, wasting more time. 3. Be careful and patient in everything you do. Both the welding operation and the assembly of electronic kits require patience and care.
