After the training, you can fly with the training certificate, physical examination certificate and boarding pass issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The first few flights were taken by instructors, so you can fly by yourself if you have the ability to fly alone. As for the future choice, it is to be promoted to business class or first class and flight attendant. I don't know about other airlines, at least Air China does.
