If you are a careless type, then it is not recommended for you to do so. Of course, if you have experience in the future, you can get a librarian's certificate in order to increase your income. Participate in the acceptance of partial projects.

1. Be responsible for filling, countersigning, sorting, filing and archiving the archived data: be responsible for project archiving management, and archive the related indicators (including quality data review records and unit project comprehensive acceptance records) for completion acceptance. Check the archive data of pile foundation engineering, foundation engineering, main body engineering and structural engineering. Strictly abide by the requirements of data reorganization, conform to the classification scheme and coding rules, and the number of data copies should meet the needs of data archiving.

2. Supervise and inspect the compilation and management of the construction data of the construction unit, so as to be complete and timely, and keep pace with the progress of the project: supervise the management data, technical data, data and acceptance data formed by the construction unit in the whole process of construction order to ensure the truthfulness, completeness and effectiveness of the construction data.

3. Hand over to the group archives room on time: after the project is completed, be responsible for filing the documents and engineering data and handing them over to the company. When handing over the archived documents and materials, there should be a "Filing Documents and Materials Handover Form", and both parties must check according to the handover catalogue and perform the signing procedures. The handover catalogue shall be made in duplicate, one for each party.

4. Responsible for handing over files to the municipal urban construction archives: require the urban construction archives to pre-accept the engineering files included in the receiving scope of urban construction archives, obtain the pre-acceptance opinions of the construction project completion files, and hand over the engineering files to the urban construction archives after the completion acceptance.
