I am honored to give a speech here today. The theme of my speech is "forming good habits".

In our daily life, habit is a problem we have to face every day. Good habits can make us live and study more healthily and efficiently.

First of all, I think healthy living habits are very important. We should keep a regular schedule, get enough sleep and exercise properly. This will enable us to have a healthy body and a clear mind, and better face the challenges of study and life.

Secondly, we also need to develop good study habits. We should finish our study tasks on time, listen carefully, think positively and be brave in asking questions. In addition, you can also adopt some learning methods, such as making a study plan, summarizing and drawing inferences from others. These methods can improve our learning efficiency and help us master knowledge and skills better.

Finally, we need to develop good social habits. We should respect others, be good at communication and cooperation, and learn to express our views and opinions. This will enable us to get along better with others and establish good interpersonal relationships.
