Blum Vocational Training School was established in 2004, which is a comprehensive vocational school integrating talent training, assessment and certification, academic education, business incubation and enterprise service. Located on the second floor of Pumeixie Industrial Park, Guangyi Street, Chenghai District, Shantou City. It is a regular vocational school approved by the district human resources department and filed by the civil affairs department.

Adhering to the tenet of "improving the quality of workers and promoting the development of entrepreneurship and employment", the school focused on adult vocational education and jointly established Shantou Learning Center for Adult Higher Education with many well-known universities in China.

The school has undertaken a number of government tasks: SIYB entrepreneurship training, e-commerce precision poverty alleviation skills training, labor transfer and promotion training, SME services, business incubation and other tasks.
