What does twi mean?
Twi is the abbreviation of Japan Industrial Training Association.

Japan Industrial Training Association was established in July 1955, funded by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Labor and the Japan Federation of Economic Organizations. It is a subsidiary organization of the Japan Federation of Economic Organizations.

Nissan Training is the only institution entrusted by the Japanese Ministry of Labor to do TWI TTT(Train The Trainer Training), that is, the only institution in Japan with TWI training instructor training qualification and certification.

Mainly engaged in enterprise training lecturers, research and development methods for training management personnel.

Association institutional development:

After the establishment of Japan Industrial Training Association, MTP, CCS and other courses were introduced from the United States, and TWI, a general course in line with production practice, was developed. Since its establishment more than 50 years ago, Nissan Training has held TWI courses for major Japanese companies and top Korean companies every month, and trained 8,000 managers as lecturers. TWI has become a standardized and stereotyped course, which is spread all over the world.
