4. Click to select the training program I participated in, and click to enter according to the prompt;

5. Come to the personal page, click My Training Task on the left, and the drop-down menu will appear to submit exercise homework, and click Submit;

6. Practical assignments include teaching design, teaching courseware, videos, etc. Choose one. If the instructional design is submitted, open the word document and copy the instructional design content. In the text, right-click, click Paste, and then click Submit.
