Yunnan Forestry Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general higher vocational and technical college approved by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is a demonstration higher vocational college in Yunnan Province and a project construction unit of high-quality higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province.

The predecessor of the College is Kunming Forestry School of the Ministry of Forestry, which was founded in 1955. 1993 was rated as a provincial key middle school and a national key middle school in 2000. In 2004, with the approval of Yunnan Provincial People's Government, Yunnan Forestry Vocational and Technical College was established on the basis of Yunnan Forestry School.

Yunnan University of Finance and Economics is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of Yunnan Vocational College of Finance and Economics can be traced back to the first commercial vocational school in Yunnan Province-Yunnan Ding Xin Junior Commercial Vocational School, which was established in 1934. On February 201May 15, the provincial government officially approved the establishment of Yunnan Finance and Economics Vocational College, and on April 23, the school was approved by the Ministry of Education.

3. Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College

Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College, located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Yunnan provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education.

Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College, formerly known as Kunming Railway Staff School, was founded in 1958 and later renamed Kunming Railway Machinery School. On March 20 16, it was upgraded to Kunming Railway Vocational and Technical College. On March 20 19, it passed the talent training qualification assessment of the Ministry of Education, and was merged into Yunnan Post and Telecommunications School in 2020.

Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in June 1965, formerly known as Baoshan Health School. In February 2006, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

5. Yunnan Polytechnic Vocational College

Yunnan Polytechnic Vocational College is a full-time general vocational college invested by Yunnan Yunneng Xinghan Education Development Co., Ltd., which is jointly funded by Yunnan Energy Investment Group and Yunnan Xinghan Education Management Co., Ltd.
