Seedling plan is a strategic action jointly implemented by Dongguan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Dongguan Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Youth League Committee and Municipal Charity Association. It aims to help 75 poor children in Dongguan and revitalize the countryside as the most important flower in the future-children. The seedling plan was jointly implemented by the Agricultural Bank of China Dongguan Branch, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Communist Youth League Committee, the Municipal Charity Association and the Wan 'ai Volunteer Service Corps, calling on all poor children in Dongguan to donate money.
