What are the key points of safety supervision and control in cast-in-place scaffold construction?
1) Cast-in-place scaffold construction belongs to aerial work, and there should be a special construction scheme for scaffold erection. After strict load calculation, recheck calculation by supervision engineer and demonstration with relevant departments such as design, the construction can be organized.

2) Before construction, the on-site supervisor should ask the contractor to organize the construction personnel to carry out safety education and training, and make a comprehensive technical disclosure on the whole construction process and operation points, so that all operators and managers can master the operation technology. The technical director in charge of the project shall arrange full-time security officers to supervise the implementation and make records.

3) The construction unit shall set up a special safety leading group to formulate safety rules and regulations, and the full-time safety officer shall supervise the implementation on the spot, and the on-site supervisors shall check the implementation of various systems.

4) Other personnel are not allowed to enter the construction site. All personnel entering the construction site must wear safety helmets, and aerial workers must wear non-slip shoes. Escalators are arranged up and down, and safety nets are hung around the escalators.

5) There should be working platforms on both sides of the support, and safety fences with a height not less than 1.2m should be set on the side, and safety nets should be hung on the side. Scaffolding shall be laid on the support under the beam flange and integrated with the support, and no short board shall be left. The end of the scaffold is provided with railings and safety nets. Safety railings, scaffolding, ladders and safety nets must be specially designed, and all kinds of safety protection materials must be tested before use. After the protection facilities are completed, they can only be put into use after being accepted by the safety leading group and approved by the supervision engineer.

6) For closed roads when crossing the road, isolation railings, eye-catching signs and speed limit signs should be set according to the actual situation on site, and indicator lights should be set at night. For the traffic lane to be set in the bracket, the brackets on both sides of the lane should be equipped with anti-collision facilities, and there should be special personnel at both ends to direct traffic. A layer of isolation plate should be set at the top of the passage, and safety protection screens should be hung on the side to prevent construction materials and machinery from falling on the driveway and ensure traffic safety.
