1. When injecting anthracite, all equipment, containers, pipelines and workshops in pulverized coal preparation system, injection system, pulverizing room and injection room shall take safety protection measures. When injecting bituminous coal (blended coal), it shall comply with the provisions of GB 16543.
2. The raw coal conveying system should be equipped with iron remover and sundries screen, and the dust collection point should have ventilation and dust removal facilities.
3. The blast holes of pulverized coal bunker, coal storage tank, injection tank, bunker pump and other equipment shall be designed according to GB 16543. The installation and use of bursting discs shall comply with relevant national standards. The direction of the vent should not endanger personnel and equipment.
The length of the pressure guide tube behind the bursting disc shall not exceed 10 times the diameter of the bursting tube.
The bursting disc shall be installed firmly, and the flange pressure pad shall be installed evenly.
4. Between posts, between the injection duty room and the blast furnace central control room, there should be direct communication devices.
5. The operation duty room should be strictly separated from nitrogen equipment and pipelines.
6. The design of pulverized coal pipeline and the speed of conveying pulverized coal should ensure that pulverized coal does not deposit. When the injection is stopped, the pipeline should be purged with compressed air, and the bituminous coal should be purged with nitrogen or other inert gases.
7. When injecting coal into the blast furnace, the pressure of the injection tank should be controlled to ensure that the outlet pressure of the spray gun is 0.05MPa greater than the hot air pressure of the blast furnace. Otherwise, the injection should be stopped.
8. The injection device should be able to maintain continuous and uniform injection.
9. The structure of pulverized coal bunker, coal storage tank, injection tank, bunker pump and other tanks shall ensure that pulverized coal flows out of the tank safely and smoothly, and there shall be a weight indicator or a material level indicator for coal storage in the tank.
When the injection tank stops injecting pulverized coal, the storage time of anthracite powder should not exceed 12h. The storage time of soot and pulverized coal should not exceed 8 hours. If the tank is protected by nitrogen, and the temperature in the tank is not higher than 70℃, it can be appropriately extended, but it should not exceed 12h.
10. The pressure difference between storage tank pressure, mixer outlet pressure and blast furnace hot air pressure shall be controlled by safety interlock. The pressure difference between the injected gas and the injection tank should also be safely interlocked. In case of sudden power failure, all valves should be able to switch to a safe direction.
1 1. In the process of injection, once the valve (including regulating valve and cut-off valve) controlling pulverized coal injection fails, it should be able to automatically stop injecting pulverized coal into the blast furnace and give an alarm in time.
12. The mixer of pulverized coal and air should not be installed on the tuyere platform. Automatic cut-off valve should be installed on the pulverized coal conveying pipeline between mixer and blast furnace. All branch pipes in front of the coal injection tuyere shall be equipped with check valves or shut-off valves.
13. The instruments and meters of the whole system shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
14. Each shift shall clean or clean the equipment and facilities of the coal injection system and the indoor floor and platform.
15. When checking the pulverizing and injection system, clean the residual coal in the system and use explosion-proof lighting. When overhauling coal injection equipment and pipelines, copper tools should be used, and no hot work or sparks can be generated at the overhaul site. When hot work is needed, it shall be approved by the security department, and the hot work permit shall be obtained, and the maintenance can be carried out only after the safety is confirmed.
16. outlet temperature of pulverized coal preparation: bituminous coal should not exceed 80℃. Anthracite should not exceed 90℃.
