In recent years, although our bank has taken some measures in its service work and constantly launched service competitions, the results are not obvious and it has not become an effective means to promote business development. With the continuous improvement of peer service level, the situation of our regional service pilot is no longer beautiful.

In order to further improve the service quality and level of the whole bank, the trade unions of branches should revise the management measures of the whole bank's service work, and include the assessment of the completion of the main business indicators of window units in the scope of service competition. At the same time, according to the service standards of the Head Office, the supervision, inspection, rewards and punishments of window services will be strengthened. For employees who violate the rules and cause customer complaints, the branch trade union shall establish a service account and record it monthly. If the circumstances are serious, we will resolutely be laid off and dismissed, and we will never be soft. The revised method should be reported to our department as soon as possible, and strictly implemented after being submitted to the Party Committee of the Branch for discussion and approval.

In order to continuously improve the service quality of banks, all business lines and personnel departments should strengthen the business training for employees, so as to improve the professional quality of window staff and enrich the service connotation of banks.

Service work is always the top project, and the quality of service work directly reflects the management level of the top leader. For the service work, I hope that the top leaders of all units will earnestly take responsibility. At the same time, when formulating and revising the management measures for service work, the branch trade union should link the assessment of service work with the performance of the top leaders of each unit and with the performance assessment of each unit.

On the Training of Business Skills

Today is the evaluation of business skills of provincial banks. The trade union of the branch shall organize and urge all units to do a good job in training employees' business skills around service work and constantly improve their skills. On the one hand, we should fulfill the promotion targets issued by the provincial bank with good quality and quantity, and on the other hand, we should take skill evaluation as an important means to improve the service quality of our bank.

On the work of cultural and sports activities

Today, the trade unions of branches should work around the business center of the whole bank, give full play to the role of the Communist Youth League, create a healthy and progressive corporate culture of the whole bank, and organize employees of the whole bank to carry out some colorful cultural and sports activities in due course. For this work, the branch trade union has recently come up with a comprehensive work plan and reported it to me as soon as possible.

About the recent work

Today is the last centralized physical examination for all staff. The trade union of the branch shall determine the designated hospital for medical examination as soon as possible, calculate the medical examination expenses and organize the medical examination of employees, which shall be completed at the end of the month.

Today is Women's Day Week. The trade union of the branch shall, in accordance with the requirements of the head office and the provincial bank, organize the female employees of the whole bank to carry out healthy and beneficial commemorative activities and report the activities to the provincial bank in a timely manner.
