Huawei left an 8-year memorial.
It has been more than a year since I left Huawei. Think about it. Nine years ago in June, I came to Shenzhen Huawei base with some friends with excitement, and I haven't got my diploma yet. As a communication major, entering Huawei has always been my greatest expectation. I still remember when the interviewer asked me why I chose the technical service position, I replied, "It is easy to conquer the world, but difficult to defend it. I hope to be a soldier guarding Huawei's world! " This sentence is the reason I gave myself after choosing a good position, and it is also the promise I have been practicing for the past four years.

After joining Huawei, after a series of training and internship, I entered my own department-China GSRC. I was not happy when I first met the department. After all, many seniors have heard of the evaluation of the department, and even had many concerns at the beginning. But Huawei is like this. I have no leisure time to give you too much thought. After the internship, the leader arranged a business trip. Shortly after I arrived at the department, I started my four-year growth journey in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Yes, the first four business trips were in West Africa. I hesitated and worried. Four business trips to West Africa, nearly two years. From the initial worry, the search for all kinds of information before departure to the excited exchange with a group of British couples on the plane. After waking up, I arrived in Accra, the capital of Ghana. Ghana is also known as the Gold Coast, and there are still many China people looking for gold there. On the 20th13, when they were there on business, there was even a violent conflict between the local people and the gold diggers in China. It was my project colleague who met the plane that day. At that time, I told my colleagues that West Africa was better than I expected. Actually, I'm a little disappointed. After all, in a place where you have no experience, Africa will never make you look as amazing as China at first sight. Low and old buildings, dilapidated roads, hot weather and, of course, a clearer sky than China are my first impressions of Africa. As well as several subsequent trips to West Africa, the first impression was basically the same.

Before I went to Africa for the first time, I bought a lot of anti-mosquito facilities such as cooling oil and wind oil according to the guidance of the forum. But when I arrived at the company and saw many female employees, family members and children in the canteen, I was completely relieved. After all, so many female employees and their families and children can live happily here. As a rural baby who grew up in other places, what do I have to worry about? Facts have also proved that even if I stayed in Ghana for more than nine months, I met the most poisonous mosquito in Burkina Faso and caught various reptiles in my bed in C? te d 'Ivoire. Although I am often bitten by mosquitoes and have a few small pimples for no reason, malaria, typhoid fever and other common diseases in West Africa are beyond my power. Now I am often glad that I have such a group of friends since I was a child, catching loaches in fields, digging bird's nests in trees, fishing frogs in rice fields and chasing and fighting in rivers. It is these experiences that have honed me and enabled me to face everything overseas optimistically.

The work in West Africa is not always smooth. I did a project in Ghana for the first time and made a network optimization TL, which moved Ericsson and was accepted at the community level. At that time, I faced many difficulties and even received complaints from customers. Perhaps the newborn calf is not afraid of tigers, but it took nine months to complete the relocation, and then it joined the maintenance project and became more and more familiar with its customers and colleagues. I once wanted to stay there forever, but unfortunately I didn't leave. 20 13 Returned to China before the National Day, got married quickly with his girlfriend who had been in love for 8 years, and had children. The long-distance business trip did not affect the revolutionary friendship between my wife and me, but deepened my belief in marrying her. My wife got pregnant soon after I got married, and I continued to travel to Gabon, a West African country with a forest coverage rate of over 80%. Because there was no PO, and my wife had a big reaction in the early pregnancy, I applied for returning to China after waiting for a long time. After spending the first three months with my wife, I went to Ivory Coast-C? te d 'Ivoire for business. Abidjan, the capital, is known as Little Paris, with the smell of coffee and colorful little houses. I began to appreciate Africa. Because I am close to the seaside, I like watching the sunset on the roof, watching the dark clouds before the rainstorm, playing in the living room with the kitten in the dormitory on weekends, and watching the local children play football barefoot on the path between the dormitory and the canteen. After a long time, you will understand the smile on the black face lying in the shade and why there are football stars like Drogba and yaya toure in this country. How time flies! My wife's due date is coming, so I hurried back to wait for the arrival of the child. I am very lucky. Graduated from graduate school on 20 12, got married on 20 13, and successfully welcomed the first child on 20 14. Although I travel a lot, I haven't left behind anything I should do. Shortly after the baby was born, I went to Burkina Faso on business. This is one of the poorest countries in the world and the happiest place for my business trip. Every day, customers in Burkina Faso take the initiative to tell me that Bonjour is a very simple person, and customers often discuss with us if they have any questions. When we need help, we are always afraid to trouble us, which makes us cherish and attach great importance to all the needs of our customers. Finally, the relocation of the Capital Region was successfully realized, which helped customers rank first in the national benchmark test and achieved win-win results. Now Burkina Faso has won the Small Country Management Award every year. This is the result of mutual respect, and it is also the reward that customers deserve. Now I often miss the scene where several colleagues go fishing together, feed crocodiles in crocodile park, play basketball together, play table tennis after dinner, and miss the scene where everyone huddles in a room to watch TV. During that time, I felt like a child. No matter how difficult the external conditions are, everyone works together, but they are also carefree.

After I came back from Burkina Faso, my trip to West Africa came to an end temporarily. From fear at first, safety when coming, to truly feeling and loving this land. I grew up gradually, gained love along the way, formed a family, and earned a lot of money. I want to say: Thank you, West Africa!

Go to Saudi Arabia to support ZAIN's three-year relocation project at the end of 20 14. As it is the first stage, the workload is mainly concentrated this year. Therefore, a lot of work has been done in the past, from the initial overnight relocation to 24 hours or even 36 hours of work. Insist on it for more than a month, it's the last straw. Fortunately, two bloody new employees came to help me rotate at night, and finally survived the climbing period of the project. Saudi Arabia is a relatively traditional Muslim country, and various prohibitions are strictly enforced. Because the project is busy, I often can't go to the canteen to eat. Eating is a big problem. Going out in the sun, there are no pedestrians on the road, but we often find a suitable restaurant to eat for a long time on the road. There is really nothing we can do. Just buy something to eat and fill your stomach. The trip to Saudi Arabia is really a big test for us. After a period of pain, everyone learned their lesson and began to cook by themselves. I didn't go back to order some noodles, knead a knot in one's heart, or cook an egg instant noodles. The only pain is that I haven't eaten pork for months . . This can only be made up by traveling in Bahrain.

After the business trip, Saudi Arabia continued to Bahrain, a relatively open Muslim country. I didn't stay there for a long time, but when I returned home, I was the fattest ever. I don't know if the food in Bahrain is too good or if it is to compensate for the malignant weight gain caused by the hard days in Saudi Arabia. Every day, the canteen is full of food and fruit drinks. After eating, take a lot back to the dormitory. Bahrain is small. We visited it in less than a day and saw three scenic spots in Bahrain, a tree, a well and a bridge. Because there is only one tree in the desert, and it is quite big, it is called the tree of life. There is also a life-saving well in the desert. Although this is not uncommon for us, it is a symbol of the perseverance of the Bahraini people. The bridge connecting Saudi Arabia has opened a temporary opportunity for the traditional Saudi people to release their passion, so there is another joke. The sincerity of the Saudi people to Islam can be seen directly from his visits to Bahrain. We all know the specific reasons.

The dormitory in Bahrain is a few hundred meters away from the sea. Every night, I go for a walk at the seaside, or catch crabs in the sea, or go to various discount stores, or watch. . . A happy life is always short. Two months later, I returned to China and ended my trip to the Middle East.

If I hadn't come to Huawei, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to cross the Pacific Ocean to such a far place in Latin America. As we all know, Latin America is rich in beautiful women, especially Miss World from Colombia. My brothers and sisters are all happy for me, saying that you have finally survived and are going to do business in a good country. Yes, for me, this is really a good country, at least a place where I can have many fantasies. After a long journey, I arrived in Bogota, the capital of Colombia, a mountain city with an altitude of more than 2000 meters. The seasons are like spring. The climate is really comfortable, and it can finally relieve all kinds of throat symptoms caused by too much air conditioning in the hot climate in Africa and the Middle East. I stayed in Colombia for half a year and didn't blow the air conditioner once. There is no air conditioning in the room at all. Several male and female colleagues in the project team are really happy. They organize activities every weekend, such as climbing mountains, watching movies, shopping, visiting small towns, playing paragliding, seeing underground churches and going deep into the Amazon jungle. Everywhere we go, many people take photos with us, which shows that they are very enthusiastic and want to communicate with us. Unfortunately, we don't know much Spanish and the locals don't know much English. In this way, I missed a lot, haha! Amazingly, we have seen Chinese restaurants in many small towns, promoting China culture in such a distant place. We are really proud of the hard work and courage of our Chinese nation.

At this time, I am already very skilled in doing projects. From various audits in the early stage, to promoting the use of SmartRNO as a parameter and neighborhood script for local employees before moving, and then to the handling of various difficult problems in the process of moving, one wave after another. I remember who said that the best delivery is calm. This is the case with the Columbia project. The customers are not in a hurry and the project team is in an orderly way. The first phase of the project was successfully delivered, and the customer specially sent a thank-you letter to Huawei's delivery project team. I also went to Miami with an American visa in Colombia, but unfortunately everyone didn't make it in the end for various reasons. Fortunately, when I returned home, I had a chance to transfer from the United States and went to new york for a day. I immediately ran to Central Park, a place frequented by everyone in the group of six, but I couldn't find a coffee shop. Everyone says it's fiction. Well, I've been there, so it's to commemorate the earliest American drama I chased! I braved the heavy rain on the streets of new york and returned to my motherland half a day later.

Wonderful trip to New Matai

After a difficult trip to West Africa and the Middle East, I had a pleasant business trip. Thailand has always been my dream place for business trip, and men all know [covering their faces]. I didn't expect to come so soon. /kloc-A few days before the Spring Festival in 0/6, the leader arranged a business trip for the DTAC project in Thailand. Finally, my dream of traveling to Thailand came true. Although I couldn't spend the New Year at home, I was lucky that my wife came to accompany me for a few days. I stayed for more than four months in total, which was also my best year in recent years. The project is well done and my life is good. Unfortunately, I didn't cherish the opportunity later, and the application ended early. PS: I met a group of good brothers on the Thai project. The happiest thing every day is to sit together and talk about shrimp and eggs.

After Thailand, I went to Malaysia for the last long-term business trip and stayed for 7 months. The project is really difficult, and the members of the project team are not happy to cooperate. Finally, they even ended their trip to Malaysia in a quarrelsome and emotional way. It's a pity to think about it now Many local Chinese and overseas Chinese have encountered many interesting things. I remember meeting a beautiful Thai woman in a clothing store and having a good chat. I want to leave my phone number. Finally, I suddenly remembered if it was a shemale. When I asked, I got a positive answer! ! I was scared to pee in an instant, so when I meet a Thai beauty in the future, I must remember to ask one more question: Are you a shemale?

With the growth of children and their own age, I sometimes think in bed, why should I stay here, away from my hometown, away from my wife and children, and what is the significance? And with the more and more disgusting things in the project, I finally took a big step and changed departments to return to China! /kloc-officially stepped out of the wireless network planning network delivery industry in 0/7 and entered a new industry: video surveillance.

I changed careers, but my business trip continues, and my journey of growth continues, not only in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Although sometimes the project is busy, the story happens every day. I'm not a note-taker, but in retrospect, every place has different fun. I still clearly remember the cheerful enthusiasm of the African people, seeing that we often say China and China; The piety of the people in the Middle East to faith is touching; Enthusiastic Latin beauties, as well as the children we met in the small town of Colombia who walked with their mobile phones and chatted with us with translation software. Now I think I am lucky. Joining Huawei gave me a platform to see the world, and I came out of a poor family and met different people and things. thank you
