Huawei Authorized Learning Partner (HALP) is a professional social training institution authorized by Huawei and supervised and managed by Huawei. It provides Huawei authorized training programs to the public and trains ICT talents together with Huawei.

At present, Zhihui Cloud School has landed in the national 18 campus, with 165 classes throughout the year. More than 8,000 freshmen have trained 500+ expert technicians (HCIE).
