At present, the college has six departments: management science and engineering department, enterprise management department, accounting department, international trade department, applied economics department and information management department. Seven research institutions, including Applied Economic Research Institute, Modern Logistics Research Institute, Modern Management Research Institute, Management Information Technology Research Institute and Human Resource Management Research Center; And four management institutions, namely Economic Management Experimental Center, EMBA Education Center, MBA Education Center and Master of Engineering Education Center, manage the Nanjing base of the National Defense Science and Technology Information Talent Training Center for the PLA General Armament Department. The college has post-doctoral mobile stations and doctoral degree authorization points for the first-level disciplines of management science and engineering, four master degree authorization points for the first-level disciplines and two master degree authorization points for disciplines 12, and six professional degree authorization points for on-the-job employees, such as EMBA, MBA, MPA, industrial engineering project management and logistics engineering. Full-time students have five professional degree authorization points such as finance, international business accounting and library and information engineering management, two second bachelor's degree majors such as international finance and international trade marketing, and 10 undergraduate major. In addition, the college is entrusted by the national defense industrial system enterprise group and local government all the year round to undertake the task of cultivating economic management talents. There are tens of thousands of graduates and students trained by the School of Economics and Management, which are distributed in all directions of the motherland.
