Personal background: 1969 was born in Beijing, 1992 graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, majoring in engineering optics; After self-study, I got a master's degree in marketing.

In 2006, Netease Finance jointly awarded the honorary title of "Top Ten Marketing Experts in China".

He is currently the chief marketing consultant of many well-known domestic enterprises such as China Petrochemical Group, Beijing Huarong Group, Shanghai Pipao Pharmaceutical Group, Hunan Yahua Dairy Group and Henan Mobile.

At the same time, he served as a lecturer of marketing courses in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Fudan University, and a long-term distinguished expert lecturer of Beijing Frontier Lecture, famous business strategist, China Training Network and Jinghua Times Guanghua. 1990 worked for PepsiCo/PepsiCo Food (China) Company as the marketing director. During his tenure, Mr. Wang was selected as "Best Manager of PepsiCo Asia" by PepsiCo Headquarters for many times. He is the youngest outstanding manager in Asia, and also the first major planner to introduce European and American popular snack foods into China. Participated in and led the listing and research and development of "Cheetos" and "Leshi" Pepsi brands in China. During his work in a foreign company, Mr. Wang carefully studied foreign advanced management experience, and combined with his own study, summed up the standardized processes and operation modes in many marketing fields, such as new product listing, category planning, brand management, market information collection and analysis, and consumer purchase reasons. He has rich experience in marketing management and a lot of practical experience in marketing. Mr. Wang established Quark Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. on 1998 and started his own business. At the beginning of his business, he also experienced a lot of ups and downs, and did professional market information research, small-scale enterprise consulting and other work. During his work, Mr. Wang saw the drawbacks of irregular management in domestic market research and consulting, and felt the great contrast between international companies and domestic companies in corporate management, so he decided to study the internal laws of international company management and solve them, hoping to spread the international advanced management concepts and methods to domestic enterprises and help China national enterprises develop and grow. After ten years of study and practice, I finally cracked the advanced management methods of international companies, and took the lead in putting forward the idea that "quantitative management" is the ultimate way for the sustainable development of enterprises in China. Establish and improve dozens of management models of foreign companies, and apply these models to the actual operation of enterprises in China to test, and finally select more than 20 effective management models. These specific guiding models almost cover the whole value chain of enterprise management and development, from the formulation of strategic objectives to the decomposition of specific tasks, from specific job evaluation criteria to the matching of work and employee salary, from the process specification of a specific job to the solidification of work into an operation manual, which promotes the daily work of enterprise management from the original rough and artificial standard to the refined and systematic level, and truly brings the development and daily operation of enterprises into the globally recognized system guarantee development track.

During his consulting career, he used advanced management mode to consult and diagnose hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises in China. Combined with the present situation of Chinese enterprises, this paper introduces several research models, such as brand management, new product listing process and consumer demand research, project management, etc. Combined with China culture and enterprise development process, it helps enterprises to gradually introduce scientific and advanced enterprise management methods based on quantitative management ideas, so that domestic enterprises can gradually move towards the road of normalization and standardization management.
