2. As for the report on the project negotiation table, we don't know much about the site, especially the three street signs. We can only judge the content of the report through the attached drawings and the site supervision opinions, and we can't form our own opinions. On the one hand, we have subjective reasons for not doing well, on the other hand, it is also caused by the time lag of reporting content, so we may not know when the site was done or the construction of the site when we report it.
Thirdly, from the perspective of combining measurement with on-site quality control, in the preliminary work, measurement did not cooperate with on-site quality work. I feel that in most cases, the survey work is going forward in a single line, and there is not much combination with on-site control, which fails to achieve the purpose of supervising and managing the project department through my survey work and on-site structure.
In view of the above problems, I have some ideas of my own:
1. In view of the problem that the engineering quantity is too large, in the preparation of this project or the next project, in addition to getting the bidding documents in time and being familiar with the engineering quantity of each bid section in time, the contract department of each bid section can be required to cooperate with the engineering department in advance to give me the engineering quantity of a drawing. 2. For the problem that it is difficult to decide whether to bid for the project and negotiate, first of all, I can attend the weekly site meeting, and selectively record the key points that need to be understood by listening to the report of each bid section. At the same time, I will learn more about the contents of the report project and negotiate. After the meeting, I will find relevant department personnel to understand special problems.
3. How to organically combine the two-way control of monthly on-site quality control of contract measurement? I think we can start with the project on the one hand, and if there is a project, we can directly find the signing supervisor to understand the specific situation. On the other hand, from the aspect of reviewing the monthly report, the person in charge of each bid section should also review the monthly report, where it can be reported, where it needs to be deducted, and why. The bid section is responsible for giving opinions.
4. Personally, I feel that the knowledge I learned in the construction site is too scattered. Because there is little training, no systematic study, no overall planning of knowledge points and no clear context, I think this will be solved in the preparation work of the supervision engineer of the Ministry of Communications who participated this year. Through the opportunity of taking the vocational skills examination, we can fully mobilize the subjective initiative, change the pressure responsibility into motivation, and systematize and summarize the theoretical knowledge.
