Research on the cadre assessment system of the College of Engineering and Technology of Yangtze University

I. General principles

1. The purpose of this regulation is to improve the work system of the student union, serve the daily work of the student union, strengthen the internal management of student cadres, strictly observe the discipline of student cadres, assess the work of student cadres, improve the overall quality of student cadres, and make the work of various departments more orderly and efficient;

2. These Provisions apply to all student cadres of the Youth League Committee of the College of Engineering and Technology of Yangtze University (hereinafter referred to as the Student Union);

3. The Presidium and Minister of the Student Union shall lead the implementation of the Articles of Association, and be responsible for amending the Articles of Association when necessary, and submit them to the members of the Student Union for adoption;

This regulation protects the interests of all members of the student union. Any member may put forward any opinions and suggestions on the contents and implementation of these regulations, and the presidium has the obligation to actively listen to the feedback.

Second, the implementation measures

1. Under the leadership of the Presidium of the Student Union, these Regulations are implemented by the office and supervised by all members, specifically:

1) The Presidium is supervised and assessed by all members of the Student Union, and the office holds the chairman's assessment form, which is assessed according to the facts, and the secretary of the Youth League Committee is in charge;

2) The office evaluates the ministers and assistants of various departments and is supervised by members of the presidium;

3) Each department must establish an assessment system, and report the assessment system to the office for filing before the 27th of each month;

2. This Ordinance implements integral quantification, and assesses daily discipline, work attitude, work quality and academic performance;

3. The implementation of these Regulations shall be in written form. The individual assessment system is based on a monthly basis, and the assessment results will be announced at the regular meeting of the Student Union next month. The departmental assessment system is based on the semester and announced at the semester summary commendation meeting.

Third, the detailed rules of the regulations

(a) personal assessment system:

1. Each person is basically divided into 10 points per month, and the system of combining scoring with deduction is implemented. At the end of the semester, the total score is ranked cumulatively as the basis for year-end summary and evaluation;

2. As an important basis for the appointment, dismissal, rewards and punishments of student union cadres, the monthly assessment results are above 12, above 8- 12 are qualified, above 6-7 are demoted, and below 6 are transferred from their posts.

3. Bonus rules:

1) Students will all be present every month (don't be late, don't leave early), plus 2 points;

2) The General Branch of the Communist Youth League and the Students' Union will carry out various activities with good quality and quantity, take the initiative to participate in the arrangement, and add 1-3 points to finishing the venue;

3) Before the activity is held, every feasible activity idea is put forward and adopted, add 2 points, and every activity plan is submitted and adopted, add 1-5 points according to the actual situation;

4) 5 points for brightly colored works;

5) If you cooperate with others, add 1-4 points as appropriate;

6) If you have a good working attitude, add 1-3 points as appropriate;

7) Add 3-8 points for each outstanding contribution or honor for the school;

8) Add 1-3 points for participating in the sports meeting;

9) The winner of the first-class scholarship will get 5 points, the winner of the second-class scholarship will get 3 points, the winner of the third-class scholarship will get 2 points, and the winner of the single prize will get 1 point;

10) For those who have made outstanding contributions to the improvement and reform of the current system of the Student Union, add 2 points;

4. Deduction rules:

1) 2 points will be deducted for being absent without reason, and 2 points will be deducted for being late and leaving early without reason 1 point;

2) If the spirit of the meeting is not well communicated or the organization is not well implemented, 1 point will be deducted each time;

3) 2 points will be deducted if each department of the Student Union fails to report to the presidium when carrying out large-scale activities or major decisions;

4) 3- 10 points will be deducted for engaging in liberalism, individualism or disobeying the work arrangement of superiors;

5) Deduct 1-4 points for poor working attitude in cooperation with other departments; .

6) Deduct 1-3 points for failing to complete the assigned tasks, neglecting duties or seriously affecting the progress of the whole team activities due to personal factors;

7) Deduct 3 points every time someone is absent or has a bad attitude;

8) If the personnel on duty fail to clean (sweep the floor, mop the floor, wipe the table and take out the garbage), the penalty will be 1 minute;

9) Deduct 2 points for each document that is not written according to the document format requirements of the Student Union;

10) When consulting documents and materials, if you scribble on them and don't arrange and file them in the original order, you will be deducted 1 minute each time;

1 1) 2- 10 points will be deducted if you are uneasy about your work or your long-term performance is not obvious;

12) Student Union cadres will be deducted 3- 15 points depending on the seriousness of the case;

13) Violation of organizational discipline and disclosure of secrets will be deducted by 5- 10 depending on the seriousness of the case;

14) Failing the exam, each subject will be deducted 1 point.

(2) Department assessment system:

1. Each department is basically divided into 50 points per semester, and the system of combining scoring with deduction is implemented. At the end of the semester, the total score is ranked cumulatively as the basis for year-end summary and evaluation;

2. Bonus rules:

1) Excellent work plan and summary, 3 points each;

2) In the regular meeting, each attendance of the department will be increased by 1 minute;

3) During the activity, the department should add 1 point for full attendance and 2 points for active work;

4) Students of Department 7 are satisfied with the work of the staff in the department, and are awarded 1-3 points;

5) If 20% of people in the department fail the course and get a scholarship, add 2 points;

6) Each department will score 2 points for each person who is rated as an activist in the monthly assessment.

3. Deduction rules:

1) Deduct 3 points for each missing work plan or work summary; If the target plan or work summary is not serious enough, deduct 1-2 points; Late submission of target plan or work summary 1-2 points;

2) Each department will be deducted 1 point for each absent person at the regular plenary meeting, and 0.5 point will be deducted for being late or leaving early;

3) During the meeting, if the department personnel do something unrelated to the meeting, 0.5 points will be deducted if they don't take minutes;

4)7 departments reflect the dereliction of duty of department personnel, and deduct 1-3 points depending on the seriousness;

5) During the activity, each department is required to deduct 1 point for not coming to work, 0.5 point for being late and leaving early, and 0.5 point for not actively working;

6) 0-5 points will be deducted if the 65438+department does not cooperate with the presidium to carry out daily activities;

7) Deduct 1 point for each person who voluntarily resigns, and deduct 2 points for each person who is dismissed;

8) If the number of unqualified subjects in each department exceeds undergraduate course room 15% 1 minute, 2 points will be deducted if it exceeds 20%;

9) If each department fails to submit its activity planning and cooperation to the Secretariat for unified filing, 2 points will be deducted for each copy, and each copy will be deducted for late delivery 1 point;

10) In the regular meeting, when each department reports its work, the thinking is unclear and the preparation is insufficient, 2 points will be deducted;

Fourth, the reward and punishment system.

1. Those who score less than 7 points per month in personal assessment will be dismissed, those who score 8-9 will be given criticism and education, and those who score more than 14 will be rated as "monthly activists";

2. Those who ranked first 10 in the individual semester evaluation were rated as excellent student union cadres, and those who won the "monthly activity activist" in the monthly evaluation were rated as "excellent student union cadres";

3. Ranked first and second in the departmental assessment was rated as an excellent department, and the minister was rated as an excellent minister. The final ranking will reduce the number of members promoted;

4. The members' semester results will serve as an important reference for reserve cadres.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) supplementary clause

1. The final interpretation right of the Articles of Association belongs to the Presidium of the Youth League Committee of the College of Engineering and Technology of Yangtze University;

2. These Provisions shall be implemented after being discussed and adopted by the student congress;

3. If these Regulations need to be revised, they shall be revised after discussion and adoption by cadres at or above the ministerial level;

4. These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
