Advantages of aluminum mold technology
(1) The construction is simple and efficient, saving manpower.
The advantages of aluminum mold are light weight, about 25KG/_, and convenient construction. Aluminum module assembly is simple and can be assembled by hand. Skilled installers can achieve an installation efficiency of 20-30_/ person/day. Aluminum mold installation saves 70%-80% manpower compared with wood mold, and does not require professional installers. After simple training, construction workers can install aluminum molds.
(2) It can be reused and has high recycling value.
Aluminum formwork is made of integrally extruded aluminum alloy materials (6063-T6 and 606 1-T6), which has the characteristics of high strength, high precision and small joint. On the premise of standardized construction operation, the whole set of aluminum formwork can be recycled for 200-400 times, with low average use cost. At the same time, the advantages of high residual value and low cost are equally divided after the aluminum mold is scrapped. (3) short construction period and wide application range.
Aluminum mold is suitable for walls, stairs, beams, horizontal floors, windowsills, columns, floating platforms and other positions. Short construction period, 2-3 times faster than general formwork construction. After pouring concrete, the formwork of wall column can be removed 24 hours, the formwork on both sides can be removed 36 hours, the beam bottom (non-bearing) can be removed 48 hours, the weighing column at the bottom of the plate can be removed after 12 days, the weighing column at the bottom of the beam can be removed after 14 days, and the cantilever column can be removed after 28 days. The whole set of aluminum formwork can be constructed normally, and the construction period can be shortened to 4-5 days/floor, which greatly saves construction.
(4) High bearing capacity and good concrete surface effect.
Because the aluminum mold is formed by large-scale mechanical pressing, it has strong bearing capacity and can bear 30KN per square meter. The surface quality of concrete molded by aluminum mold is smooth, and the verticality and flatness can't be achieved by wood mold. The wall has good flatness, which can basically achieve the effect of facing or fair-faced concrete. There is no need to plaster, but the house made of ordinary wooden formwork needs secondary plastering and leveling. Greatly saves plastering time, manpower and raw material cost.
5) One-step molding with good integrity.
The integrity is good, and the general external walls of buildings constructed by aluminum formwork are all poured at one time, which enhances the integrity of the external walls. Traditional wooden models need secondary brick walls, such as the wall under the window, and aluminum models directly form the external wall at one time, leaving only the size of the hole. In the deepening process of aluminum mold, the secondary structure, door opening, window opening and masonry wall are formed at one time, which avoids cracking and water seepage.
(6) Convenient management and strong versatility.
Aluminum die fittings can be reused. After installation or disassembly, there is no garbage on the site, and the construction environment is clean and tidy with high safety. There are many sizes and specifications of aluminum molds, and different templates can be selected for assembly according to the implementation of specific projects. When the used formwork is applied to new construction projects, only about 20% of the formwork with non-standard size and specification needs to be replaced, which effectively reduces the construction cost.
(7) The raw materials are renewable, low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
The materials of aluminum molds are all renewable materials, which meet the national regulations on environmental protection, energy saving, low carbon and emission reduction of construction projects. Many developed countries expressly stipulate that wooden molds should not be used in construction, and templates made of renewable raw materials should be used.
