Through kindergarten-based training, teachers can grow up in their study and work, accumulate knowledge and talents for themselves while teaching, constantly improve their own value and taste, and gradually grow from qualified teachers to excellent teachers, famous teachers and expert teachers, so as to better realize their own values. Therefore, according to the spirit of the document of the Education Bureau, combined with our work practice, we have established six contents of teacher training, namely: teacher's morality training, theoretical training, teaching practice ability training, educational and scientific research ability training, modern information technology training and academic training. We require every teacher to complete these six trainings and get corresponding credits within three years after entering the park, otherwise they will be regarded as unqualified teachers, which points out a correct path for the growth and development of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to take out the work plan of the class teacher first, and then the director will make a plan for the whole park according to the class plan. In addition, in the teaching process, it provides flexible teaching space for teachers. The educational theory of the new Outline requires teachers to choose educational content according to children's development needs and grasp the best educational opportunity according to children's learning interests.
