Through kindergarten-based training, teachers can grow up in their study and work, accumulate knowledge and talents for themselves while teaching, constantly improve their own value and taste, and gradually grow from qualified teachers to excellent teachers, famous teachers and expert teachers, so as to better realize their own values. Therefore, according to the spirit of the document of the Education Bureau, combined with our work practice, we have established six contents of teacher training, namely: teacher's morality training, theoretical training, teaching practice ability training, educational and scientific research ability training, modern information technology training and academic training. We require every teacher to complete these six trainings and get corresponding credits within three years after entering the park, otherwise they will be regarded as unqualified teachers, which points out a correct path for the growth and development of teachers. 2. Create good space service for teachers and children.

In this regard, we have achieved this, instead of the kindergarten director planning the whole park first and then planning the class. From the beginning of this semester, we try to form a plan from the bottom up, because the work plan of kindergarten is based on the needs of children, and the real needs of children can only be understood by front-line teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to take out the work plan of the class teacher first, and then the director will make a plan for the whole park according to the class plan. How can the administration and logistics of the whole park serve children and classes and understand what teachers need in their work? What's missing and what's wrong. In addition, in the teaching process, it provides flexible teaching space for teachers. The educational theory of the new Outline requires teachers to choose educational content according to children's development needs and grasp the best educational opportunity according to children's learning interests. According to this spirit, we give teachers three rights: first, we allow teachers to design courses according to the age characteristics of children in this class and combine the kindergarten-based curriculum plan, and when to show them around; When to invite agricultural experts to give lectures is decided by the teachers themselves, and then reported to the business supervisor for unified arrangement. On the second floor is "Walking through the Four Seasons": there are four seasons of scenery, four seasons of fruits and four seasons of leaves, which reflects the emotion of cultivating children to love nature from an early age. This year, our garden has invested another 600,000 yuan to carry out large-scale renovation of kindergarten buildings, and the facilities, equipment and educational environment have been significantly improved. The greening and beautification of the whole park are integrated, the plane and the three-dimensional are coordinated, and the garden-based culture with "agriculture and nature" as the core is highlighted. When they visited the kindergarten in Dezhou, they introduced the catering work in our garden. The director of Dezhou Kindergarten led 10 teachers to visit our park. Teachers in each class should establish the service concept, take good care of children's daily life, and cultivate their self-care ability and good behavior habits. In order to better grasp the children's living conditions, teachers in each class have made a table for children to eat, drink and go to the toilet, carefully recording the daily eating, drinking and defecation of each child, and communicating with parents in time and accurately, so that each child can grow up healthily and happily.
