Interpretation of green tea ceremony
Hello, everyone. Today, I will show you the tea ceremony of green tea.

Green tea, a kind of unfermented tea, is produced in the southern mountainous area of China. Green tea is fragrant and refreshing, rich in various bioactive substances, beneficial to human body, green in color, fresh and natural.

First of all, we need to prepare a simple tea set, including a teacup, a tea sieve, a tea tray, a tea spoon and a kettle.

1. First, put the tea into a tea sieve and shake it gently to screen out the tea impurities.

2. Put the tea leaves into the teacups, and the quantity of each cup of tea leaves is about 3g.

3. Heat the kettle to about 80℃, then soak the teacup in hot water for 3-5 seconds and clean the teacup.

4. Pour the clear water out of the teacup, and then pour the hot water into the teacup to warm the tea.

5. For the first time, slowly inject hot water of about 80 degrees into the tea leaves, gently stir the tea leaves with a tea spoon, and then wait for about 1 minute to fully release the aroma and nutrients of the tea leaves.

6. Distribute the tea soup evenly to each teacup, so that the temperature of the tea soup is slightly lowered, for example, it is controlled between 65 and 70 degrees.

7. During the second and third brewing, slowly pour the tea leaves into hot water without stirring, and the time of tea soup can be slightly increased to about 1 minute. At this time, the tea soup may be slightly thicker than when it was brewed for the first time, but the softness and taste of the tea soup will be improved.

8. Sip slowly when drinking, smell it first, then taste it, and enjoy the fragrance and taste of green tea.
