Non-academic vocational education mainly refers to the training or learning process aimed at acquiring professional knowledge, professional skills and professional ethics, which belongs to vocational skills training. Vocational education with academic qualifications can be subdivided into three categories: primary, intermediate and advanced, so professional ethics training belongs to skill training.
