A first-class enterprise human resources manager (with one of the following conditions)

(1) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the secondary enterprise in this profession.

(2) Engaged in this occupation 19 years or more.

Note: During the pilot period of human resource managers in first-class enterprises, the following standards apply:

(a) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(two) with a doctorate (including equivalent education), engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(three) with a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

(four) with a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this occupation for more than 9 years.
