The State Sports General Administration and the National Vocational Appraisal Center will organize lifeguards and social sports instructors (coaches) in all provinces to issue certificates after passing the training and examination. This is the most authoritative and legally recognized national vocational qualification certificate and the only qualification certificate.

To take the swimming instructor's certificate, you must first have a swimming lifeguard's certificate, and you can only take the swimming instructor's certificate in the second year.

Steps to obtain a swimming instructor certificate:

Step 1: Attend the vocational skills training in the designated training institution in this city and pass it;

Step 2: Take the professional appraisal examination within 1-2 weeks after the training (the appraisal results are generally published in the professional appraisal column of the website of the Municipal Sports Bureau about 1 month after the examination);

Step 3: Pass the exam and get the national vocational qualification certificate from the vocational training station.
